First, Marcus is locked out of the armoury. It was locked down to prevent untrustworthy people getting access to weapons. The only people who can get to the weapons are the very small amount of people Hannah has told the machine to regard as legitimate crew members.
Second, don't take over the AI. There are things I do and don't want people to be able to do on the ship. The AI is the gatekeeper, not an open NPC. Marcus isn't crew (as far as the computer is concerned) and it won't follow his instructions or hand over control of the ship to him or anyone else unless specifically told to by Hannah.
I don't care about making coffee or whatever, but he is not in control and it is not relevant whether he trusts the AI or not; the AI does not trust him.

Character DescriptionName: Bernard Gino "Biggie" Chen
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Original Lifespan: 1990-2017
Biological Age now: 26 years old, turning 27.
Strengths and WeaknessesSkills: Intelligent, cunning, diplomatic, hand-to-hand combat, skilled in pistol & melee and being practical
Weaknesses: Arrogant, stubborn, impatient, illegal drugs (specifically meth).
Background:Backstory: Bernard Chen was born in the late 1990 in the capital city of the Philippines; Manila, to a flight attendant Filipino mother and a businessman Chinese-Filipino father, making him a Filipino of Chinese descent. Bernard is obviously born in a wealthy family, he was in the upper class of the Filipino society due to his background. During his childhood, the parents were annulled and separated (since divorce doesn't exist in the Philippines), Bernard was snatched by his father. His relationship with his mother & his younger sister most likely get affected in the future. By 2006, since the Philippines doesn't have a K-12 Education system yet - he finished high school by the age of 16, he have never heard of his mother and his younger sister - he doesn't have plan to meet them because at the back of his mind, his mother/sister really never cared for him. He decides to forget them. By the time he reached college, his father introduced him to the Manila underworld and Bernard was surprised how his father has deep connections with the local Triad syndicate based in Manila and is considered a high-rank officer Heung Chu which is an equivalent of a Caporegime in an Italian Mafia organization. His father taught him how to negotiate with businessmen, and taught him how business works as it is related to his bachelors' degree. His father always gave him advice that "there are no friends in business but only to yourself", his father also stated that even a family will betray the family due to the temptations from outside sources.
By 2010, he graduated college and was groomed to be a Triad member under his father's wing. This was also the time where illegal drugs began to pour to the Philippines coming from China and Mexico. In terms of the criminal underworld, there were no organized crimes in the Philippines which the Triads and the drug cartels in Latin America considered the Philippines a ripe for the taking. By the year of 2010 to 2016, it was this era where the Philippines was turning into a narco-state as the administration under the former President Benigno Aquino was decent but corrupt. The old oligarchy (who backed the former President due to his lineage) at this time were part of the illegal drug trade. Bernard Chen is part of this drug trade, so does his father. As a Triad, Bernard began to make a name for himself as "Biggie Chen" due to the fact that he is a ruthless, tall guy and his body tone is chiseled. He rose to ranks in the syndicate using his father's advice and connections. Biggie was groomed to become an officer anyway, landing him the Sin Fung spot which is a low-ranking officer in a triad syndicate. He is a businessman in the legal world, a drug lord in the Manila underworld.
Fast forward to mid-2016, when Duterte took over the Philippines by storm - the bloodiest drug war was launched. The Manila-based Triad syndicate is obviously affected by Duterte's drug campaign due to their affiliation to the "old oligarchy". Most of the high-ranking officials including his father were killed without legal process. Biggie got mad by this but he realized that all of this is just business. He thought that without illegal drug trade, the servants of the new oligarchy or the police in general wouldn't profit from their worthless jobs. He immediately got promoted toHeung Chu and was given a territory in the slums of Tondo, a barangay called "Gracia". At his father's funeral, only him and the Triads were present, not his relatives... nor his mother or his younger sister. Biggie wondered where his mother/younger sister are now. Are they in another family? A loving family perhaps that lived a normal life? Biggie has some doubts in his life as a Triad member and a ruthless drug lord.
By 2017, he controlled Brgy. Gracia with an iron fist - fighting against other local syndicates and the law enforcement. His drug operations went smoothly - pouring the drug money to the already-weakened Triad syndicate, Biggie still believes that the Manila Triad can survive the Philippine Drug War. He made deals with corrupt PDEA agents based in Tondo (equivalent to American DEA) to make sure he isn't caught by the authorities. Nothing significantly happened in Tondo as fighting against the Triad's enemies became a daily basis until the so-called "One-Time, Big-Time" operation was launched.
“Operation One-Time, Big-Time”, which happened in August 2017 - was considered a big blow to the Manila illegal drug trade - thousands of criminals across Manila were killed by ruthless law enforcement, and Biggie Chen was one of them. Barangay Gracia was one of the main targets of the so-called operation. Of course, Biggie Chen and his forces fought a fight against PDEA agents and operatives. He had the upper hand as Biggie's forces knew the maze-like slum better than the agents. The civilians also fought against Biggie Chen's men and the agents as they also had enough of the non-stop drug wars where civilians are also caught in a crossfire. Barangay Gracia would become one of the most deadliest battles in this operation - or the drug war in general. Biggie Chen got heavily wounded and was arrested by the law enforcement. After he got arrested and put into a police van, the corrupt agent proceed to shoot him in the head, killing him instantly. The corrupt agents attempted to kill an innocent agent (as this agent isn't part of the Old Oligarchy faction) however the innocent agent gained an upper hand and proceeded to kill the corrupt. The result would be that the suspect (Biggie Chen) fought, killed three [corrupt] agents and was shot in the head by the [innocent] agent.
Cause of death: Got shot in the head by a corrupt agent.
Terms:
*Based in real life*
Old Oligarchy: It is the main and largest faction in the Philippine oligarchy centered by the three families; Cojuangco, Aquino and Lopez. They are formed during the second-phase of the Philippine Revolution. They replaced the full-blooded Spanish oligarchy. Their powers diminished when Rodrigo Duterte took over as the 16th president of the country.
New Oligarchy: It is a faction of oligarchy to oppose the mainstream oligarchy. It was formerly a one-faction oligarchy headed by the Marcos family. Formed in 1965, the New Oligarchy was cast out and basically non-existent from 1986 up to the early 2000s. Currently, it is headed by the three families; Marcos, Villar and recently Duterte. They are the current oligarchs in the Philippines.
[These two oligarch factions are all the same, they are both corrupt but both have different agendas.]
PDEA: Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency.
Heung Chu: Basically a high-ranking officer position in any Triad syndicates.
Sin Fung: A low-ranking officer position in any Triad syndicates.

This app is generally grand, but like EU pointed out, Earl will be younger, when he wakes up, than he was at the point where he died.
As I wrote in the first paragraph of the opening post; if you were old or infirm, you aren’t anymore. Old scars and injuries that you accumulated through the years of your life have been washed away and you are in the peak of health. You are, in fact, healthier than you have ever been (though there will be plenty of time for you to change that). That is significant for the plot later on. If you change that around to make it applicable to your character we should be alright.

Speaking of interaction, I will post sooner or later. Also, I suggest you join the Discord server since most of the OOC and planning things are held there.
