That is vharsh research is already extremely slow.I looked at the other results and a few were harsher.

Can we possibly get a warning instead?

Oh that’s just the entry level thing that could go wrong. Striking workers who will work again soon and boost stability are much preferable to other outcomes.

How does destroying or replacing a building work? If I wanted to get rid of my slums and replace it with huts do I spend labor destroying the slums and then build the huts?
