This largely seems to be in order, but isn't quite ready for deployment.

1) It seems you're claiming credit income from worlds without any Infrastructure deployed on them. You might have missed it, but there is an Infrastructure requirement (varying by world) necessary before a faction can claim the Natural Income of a given planet.

2) This is more minor, but I would like to see your carrier fleet tuned back. Carriers period are a human invention, and though a few are justifiable, deploying a large carrier fleet than the HSA is hard to reconcile with the backstory.

2) ...I’m willing to cut it down significantly, though this argument seems somewhat undercut by the Geth’s 10 Battlegroup Carriers.

Honestly, citing lore reasons is a bit silly, considering we've already wildly diverged from the lore in several areas. We are in the process of getting a Vorcha faction after all, and that doesn't really align with the lore at all either.

Those are for custom systems, otherwise everything's as per the wiki.

Nope! Anything bought with starting credits is ready to go, right now. Just take note of the restriction on Dreadnaught+ construction.
