I look forward to meeting you on the battlefield.
But we're gonna need to get someone to look at our maneuver plans to evaluate a victor.
I think as OP/COOP we can fairly decide between the two us and can pull in someone else if we can't.
Also I hope you don't mind but I stated that your army of the potomac was roughly 5k like mine is right now as both would still be gathering

Yeah that's functionally the number I had in my mind, somewhere between 4.5 and 6k guys.

Name: Juan Martinez
Age: 41
Gender: Male
Faction: Union
Rank: Major General
Describe your forces (Ie. What regiments is it composed of, which rifle are they using, type of unit): 54th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment, 38th New York Volunteer Infantry Regiment, 15th Ohio Infantry Regiment, 13th Infantry Regiment, 1st Minnesota Infantry Regiment, 21st Illinois Infantry Regiment; uses the Springfield Model 1861 musket
Bio (at least 1 or 2 paragraphs): Juan Martinez is a descendant of wealthy Spanish immigrants to the United States. His father was a Spanish military officer that fought in the Napoleonic Wars and the Spanish American Wars of Independence. Following the Spanish revolt of 1820, which saw the power of the king he was so loyal to reduced and a purge of army officers loyal to the king, his father fled with his wife to New York City, New York, where they decided to stay instead of returning to Spain when the king regained power in 1823. Martinez was born there in 1820 and raised in the city. He had the privilege of going to a prestigious private school in the city. When he reached the age of 18, Martinez decided to follow in his father's footsteps and join the United States Army in 1838. He trained at West Point and graduated in 1842 as a second lieutenant. Despite proving to be one of the best riders in his class he was assigned to the infantry. He proved to be a good soldier and was promoted to first lieutenant. When the Mexican-American War broke out, he was reassigned to the cavalry. He led a unit of cavalry during the Mexican-American War, initially being part of General Taylor's force in Texas. He was ordered to join the US forces that landed at Veracruz under General Winfield Scott and and participated in the capture of Mexico City. His actions earned him a promotion to captain. After the war, he rose through the ranks, commanding various infantry units, participating in the American Indian Wars, until reaching major general. He was also an abolitionist, already having fought against pro-slavery settlers during the events of Bleeding Kansas. When the American Civil War breaks out, he goes to organize forces to lead in an invasion of the South.

Thats still just a brigade sized force? He'd be a corps or division commander with that rank
