Plot:

Our story takes place in Tampa, Florida, where abnormality is an unwritten law. There is a secret society called the Ability Society that takes in superheroes and keeps them safe from jail. When a new super-villain takes over, they have to take action. That's where you come in.

Limits for superpowers: No god-like powers, be creative with powers but keep it realistic with DC- and Marvel-standards. No magic like Harry Potter.

1-Paragraph Backstory: Born in 1962 Lee Roberts joined the Military in 1980 at the age of 18. That next year he was selected for the Superior Soldier Program. After Surviving the Program he Went on Several Missions for President Regan going into deep freeze Between Missions. President Reagan ordered his Soldier Hiden From Bush until he could return to the White House. After Moving from Base to Base the Captain's Pod ended up in Tampa closed until 2020 when a Janitor Accidentally woke up the Superior Soldier.

1-Paragraph Backstory: On Friday, April 13th, [Classified], in a lab of the [Classified] military base in {Classified], Nevada, scientists were working on a natural physical mutation project, called Project [Classified]. Unfortunately, the project failed when the wrong substance, known as [Classified] was injected to the subject. It resulted in a psychic wave blasting in a 50 foot radius, killing 14, including the leader of the project, Dr. [Classified]. The psychic wave was a result of the substance [Classified] mixing with other chemicals already in the subject. The lab was quickly searched by military personnel, and the subject was taken to a more secure location. The subject was put under a few more tests, before the project was scrapped and labelled a failure. The subject was then (by the governments orders) taken to Tampa, Florida, with $2,000 cash and an I.D. The subject, now referred to as Artemis, after the failed project. Local authorities have been keeping a close eye on "Artemis," but have been recently busy with a surge in acts known to the internet as "Florida men attacks," and "Karens."

Age: 21

Sex: Female

Physical Characteristics: Bliz always carries with her a head of messy, short, blonde hair and a snarky smile that tells you she's probably been up to childish shenanigans. Again. At a relatively short stature of 5'2", she is surely one to scorn those wretched tall people (for whom she envies) yet refuses to wear heels or use step stools out of pride. She has a slim, athletic frame and androgynous features.

Personal Characteristics: In few words, Bliz is upbeat, impulsive, terrible at grasping social cues, and immature when it comes to her powers but not maliciously so.
Bliz is best characterized as someone who's eccentric, often takes a joke too far, yet carries good intentions. She can't quite hold her attention through an entire conversation without staring down at her phone once or twice every other sentence unless the discussion is centered around her own interests - which gives off the impression of arrogance, even if that isn't the intention. To lighten the mood, she tends to play pranks using her technomancy, even if the gesture is unwanted. But despite her poor socialization skills or perhaps because of it, she appreciates company and comradery. Even if comradery means being recruited into the Ability Society to face certain death with your allies!

Abnormal Abilities: Technomancy. To Bliz, technology is less like a science and more a sixth sense. She can thumb through the contents of a data drive like a book merely by holding it. Pressing her hand upon a wire or battery allows her to gauge the flow of electricity as though it were a pulse. With enough time and concentration, she can hack into nearby devices and either overtake its basic controls or gain access to encrypted information. Her affinity with technology has also driven her to engineering innovative gadgets to assist in her exploits. Or occasional shenanigans.

She wasn't the center of secret government experiments nor was she fodder for a radioactive spider; her powers came to her by birth, inherited from an absent father. A meddlesome child, Bliz would abuse her technomancy with glee, whether it be having a vending machine "accidentally" drop free food or revising some unsatisfying school grades. Her fascination for technology due in part to her technomancy would eventually compel her to pursue programming, particularly in robots, in university. But even as a college student, she wouldn't cease with her technomancer shenanigans, putting her under the radar of the Ability Society.
