The Skeeter Scandal
At 6:52 in the morning on Thursday, Rita Skeeter, ex-writer for the Daily Prophet, was found dead in her bed. Healer's from St. Mungo's have confirmed her death was due to old age. Skeeter was known to diminish wizard's reputations if they crossed her. One of her most infamous rants was against none other than Harry Potter, who was sad when he heard the news of Rita Skeeter, but agreed to give me a private interview.
"Most of the information that she fed the public in my fourth year at Hogwarts was false." stated Potter, Head of Magical Law Enforcement. "The biggest lies she stated were how I cried about my parents at night and Hermione Granger being my girlfriend."
Potter also said that there were more lies that Skeeter created but he couldn't think of them. After all, the Triwizard Tournament was last held 26 years ago, and a lot has happened since then for The Boy Who Lived. Potter has never been known to lie about huge allegations such as Voldemort's return. Is this the way Harry Potter cracks? Then again, he didn't lie about Severus Snape's death, who was reportedly Potter's least favorite teacher during his term as a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
