I had to read Park's point of order a few times XD. Linda's plan wouldn't go into effect until 2021, therefor any budgetary concerns could be brought up at a later time if I'm correct. Not too sure,

The amount of stuff I'm having to read up to navigate this stuff is frustratingly unreal.

Yeah Kelv mentioned that but due to gerrymandering all the rich parts got cut apart meaning Porter still wins the districts with the NW bits in them.
