As the year entered December, the gang had mastered the basics of the subjects they were learning and were now being introduced to some experience-needing magic.

Alex facepalms at the stupidity some of her house mates. What is with some Pureblood families and inbreeding. At least my family allows halfbloods and muggleborns to marry into the family. Alex thought. Alex walks over to were Will and his friends are standing outside the Great Hall and spoke in a neutral voice, "Hey Kammer, can we be friends since I really don't have any especially in my house? I know I am a Slytherin and you probably think I'm evil but I am not. If you want to know, my family never supported that Dark Idiot but we never supported the Light either. You think you can help me get a transfer into another House if possible?"

"You'll have to go to Kimpower for that, but I'll have to get to know you better before I call you my friend, because it doesn't work like that." Will explained. He really didn't like turning someone down. Alex hadn't deserved it, so saying this was hard for Will.

Will turned back to Artemis as Alex walked away. “So, before she interrupted, I was saying...” Artemis continued their conversation.

Draven walked over and sat down next to Artemis. “Artemis...” he said. “Gimme a second, Will.” Artemis said, spinning around to face Draven. “Yeah?” “Can you...can you come here for a second?” “Yeah. What’s up?” Artemis asked as the two got up and walked away, out of the Great Hall.

"Come on, Archie" Will said, "Let's leave them to it. We have dinner to get to."

As dinner started, Draven sprinted back into the great hall without Artemis, his face white. Will’s first guess is that he angered Artemis, but that was unlikely. Draven managed to gasp out three words before falling to the floor: “Troll...Boys bathroom...” Chaos erupted.

"Prefects lead your fellow peers to the dormitories, teachers, follow me to the boy's bathroom."
As soon as Kimpower stopped talking, panic erupted throughout the Great Hall.

Alex walks over to Will,"Hey Will, where is your friend Artemis at? I haven't seen him at the feast."
