id be interested in that, idk how dedicated I could be but I could at least play the part for awhile.

but i would definatley be more interested in an alternate history China or USA

I’ll put in app for whatever nation you don’t choose. My US app isn’t anywhere near being complete as it is, so there’s no great issue in starting over.

Sorry, but this RP isn't alt-history. The US could of evolved into that, but changes can only start happening after 2020.
