Yeah, the issue is however that the big sources don't talk that much in detail about the administration of Austria before the Ausgleich, but I'll come up with something xD

The idea of a unified china is virtually the same as a unified europe in this timeline. Hasn't been done since the era of ancient rome.

That CB would be dead, but doesn't mean you can't play with your military. Decent war going on atm is the Zhou Civil War to your South, you could intervene in that to restore stability/ sphere the victor. You could also meddle in Japan when it gets to that if you are very keen on territorial expansion with fewer consequences. You also get a nifty flag

I mean you could, you just would have a lot of folks arrayed against you. If you want to do something militaristic with brutal fighting, you could always play one of the Zhous. They are currently in talks in their civil war that will inevitably break down.

It would be a very difficult course of action to take. Qian would likely be pretty badly damaged by a coalition conflict. It might be more advisable with them to consider a sphere game rather than hard expansion.

It is like trying to rebuild the Roman Empire in Europe atm. You could try to do it, you might even manage a Napoleon style thing for a while. Inevitably though, it would crumble once whatever temporary glue holding such an amalgamation together fails.
