Just a quick little one. Just because the US is an ally and guarantee doesn't mean they always jump to defend Israel hell look at the Yom Kipper War, while Israel was supported by the US they didn't get involved directly with Ground troops not mention it would put the US at odds since West Germany is a key ally to the US. To this end, I would leave it up to the US player to decide his actions.

Secondly, while Mossad is a brutally effective intelligence agency they still do not have free reign to do whatever they like in other countries especially one that is now run by fascists now. What I am saying is that it is not realistic at all to suggest that Mossad could effectively start killing high government officials in another country.
