Type: business/cartel/outlaw cell combo (it takes part in enough illegal stuff to be considered all three)
Objective: take over the galaxy
Headquarters: B’omarr monastery, teth
Resources: 5 providence class destroyers, 5 subjugation class heavy cruisers, 100 Naboo N-1 starfighters, 2500 B-1 battle droids, 500 clone troopers with phase II armor
History: formed from the ashes of the separatist alliance and and a group of treasonous republic clone troopers and senators, the association of galactic weaponry was formed by Bec lawise, lux bonteri and rush Clovis. It had been formed the day after Darth Vader (Anakin Skywalker) massacred the separatist council.

Hm, for sure. That's actually pretty close.

Guessing a few bankers or such that the sentient droids would recognize.

Ehh, not too worried about the Republicans or the Jedi. Neither possess the popular support or economic clout to challenge the Empire, not without some serious buildup. The Seppies are mainly a threat because of raw manufacturing power, but without the vast economic sinews of the Techno-Union, the IGBC, and the Federation behind them, they’re living on borrowed time. Once the material reserves of their few factories that remain active are exhausted, that’s lights out. You can’t build battle-droids out of processing cycles and air alone.

To add to that, any rebellious forces are still too disorganised to achieve anything. The simple question "what are we fighting for?" is a very hard one to agree on. Palpatine gone? Empire dismantled? Jedi returned? Emergency powers? Grand army? Moffs yes/no?

It will take some time before the shared hatred for Palpatine to eclipse all those concerns. At least, until the destruction of the second Death Star.

Hopefully at some point one of the higher-ranking Imperial characters will write up a broad overview of the military/diplomatic situation so that smaller actors like myself know how the galactic situation is faring.

I'm sure you'll have plenty of refugees either way, though, especially since the Nemoidians essentially underwent cultural genocide in this timeframe.

The things you learn! Lifetime love of Star Wars and this is the first I've heard of Five Veils. Still, the fact you chose to highlight it while I'm simultaneously working on a side plot that concerns the Federation falling apart just makes the whole thing feel incredibly well tied together.

Look forward to seeing where Tiberius goes next!

Other than Vader, Tarkin, and Palps I think Tiberius is the greatest threat to any rebellions

Ehh. Right now the Empire has plenty of beat-sticks. Only once things like the X-Wing program get off the ground will starfighters begin to be a serious threat to Clone Wars era Capitol ships, and until then the sheer manufacturing and built up military might of the Empire will be very difficult to match. Tiberius isn’t unique in having a few SDs to throw at problems.

Though, of course, with time, most of the GAs will be siphoned off to various secret projects, leaving the Empire with a high level command deficit.

On the topic of rebellions, wouldn't it be harder to stage rebellions because of my character? he has turned his homeworld into one giant prison camp for all dissenters to be worked to death.

Not exactly uncommon

and yeah G, X-Wings would be nice to have but I'm pretty sure they aren't a thing for a while

That tends to inspire rebellion.

Ironically it is entirely possible that what the Empire needs to triumph over the various disorganised forces arrayed before it is not some passionate uncompromising type like Norcor, but just more pragmatic grey bureaucrats like Solengard in more key positions. :p

They serve the common cause by serving themselves...

Yes and no. A prison world is great, but it probably only serves a few dozen worlds. The Empire is yuuge.

The Galaxy's very own Eichmann...

Thing about changing to a Canon planet is I'm not sure how to explain the fleet being manned by Defense forces

It'd also mean basically re writing the entire backstory as it relied heavily on the worlds distaste of clones

Yeah, Norcor's is the Empire's own Eichmann. Once his planet is fully repaired, the real horror will begin. Out of all the prison worlds, Random will be the worst. The Black Hole Initiative has influences from the Hunger Plan, 1984, and the Burgundian System

Apologies for not getting the post up. My glasses broke and I can barely read/write without them. I'm going to go get them repaired tomorrow. I only have a couple more things to do for my post before its ready, so please be patient if anyone is waiting on me or wants to interact with me. Again, I offer my sincerest apologies.
