With the start of a Civil War in Brazil the mods have created a google earth map and updated the canon map to reflect that. Troop locations will be up to Carah and Neo, so before either starts anything they should work that out together. We will also give leeway to Carah and Neo for backdating posts. That also means being kinda to each other, if the other side hasn't responded give them a few IRL days and then reach out to the mods before posting again.

and it shall be a kinda-sorta-member of the Eileanic Commonwealth. The mods are granting those members a FREE customs union, meaning they are apart of the trading bloc that is the EC and share common external tariffs. Both Tarazed and UK can formulate a Customs Union level agreement and either post it on the IC thread or OOC thread which ever works (points will be given only if it's an IC post).
