The mods are unaware of any previous posts mentioning the movement of the CAU's 32nd Artillery Division, the Atlantic Fleet, 31st Air Division.

As such we are ruling that the 32nd Artillery is approximately 3 weeks away from being able to fight on the front lines, the Atlantic fleet 4 days away, and the 31st Air Division 2 weeks away.

The basic idea here is movement of equipment such as weapons, ammo, supplies, etc.

Carah your application is approved but you can't post on the IC thread yet, you must post how you want your nation to distribute their Index points. As a secondary power you have 75 points to invest, but as a liberal democracy, 25 of those points are required to be in certain indexes. Alrighty, so for my 30 points that I don’t need to spend on certain indexes can maybe spend at least 10 points from the remaining 30 points for Education, another 10 points for infrastructure, and the last 10 points for Consumerism.

As for the points I need to spend only on certain indexes, I don’t really know what certain indexes I need to spend at least 45 points on, but it’s fine, I can maybe reach out to a mod (notably GE) and maybe he’ll have an idea on what certain indexes I need to spend my 45 points on when I am a Liberal Democracy with Laisser-faire capitalism. Once I get what indexes are needed to be spent on for my 45 points, I’ll post the amount of points I want to spend to you.

In order to be a liberal democracy at least 10 must be in Political Rights, 10 Civil Rights, and 5 must be in Economic rights. Thus you have 50 points you are free to invest as you wish.
