Heck, it's been a wild ride, hasn't it? 6 years later, about half of them active, and it all comes full circle. Server's a bit less active than it used to be, but it'll always need somewhere for creative individuals to come together and talk freely amongst each other. I'm not as much for theatrics as I used to be, so I hope you'll forgive a much more mellow introduction to the third iteration of The Council of the Multiverse.

Rules
There's only one:

• Don't be an ass.

This one simple rule solves 99% of all problems, if not all of them. We like to joke around and have fun, but you have to realize that some people don't like it when you crack too many jokes or can't take a little hazing.

Respect that, and move on. No reason to get in a tizzy if we're all just having a bit of fun.

Some other things that are good to know:

• Don't ask for an application. By posting in this thread or the previous one, you've consented to joining until deletion do we part. Apps are formalities that are unneeded amongst friends, and if you ask the wackos around here will make you regret it...
• If someone helped you with a major part of your RP design, or you feel like the CoM as a whole was a great asset, do be sure to give credit where it's due. Like leaving a link in the OP or somesuch.

So as I'm seeing what RP you're talking about, you might have more luck in the International Incidents or Nationstates sub-forums. P2TM is usually for stuff unrelated to your actual nation.

Like pop culture stuff, D&D-esque worlds, superhero comics, et cetera, et cetera.

Feels good to be back. Even if I was never really active for the previous two threads.

I arrive as well. You know what world I've really gotten into? Destiny. The lore is so cool. Very 40kish while still being very distinct and probably a better setting for an RP than 40k.

Dunno what the general opinion is on it though. I know there've been some Destiny Rps in the past, but I don't really remember how they turned out.

Destiny hype burns bright for a little while and then expires. IDK I don't know how the general public feels about it because of D2's general... eh-ness...

I don't know jack about Destiny, but I have been craving something kinda mystical sci fiey. SO maybe something that was original but liiiike Destiny would grab me.

I feel like this is not helpful information but do what you will with it.

Science fantasy is a fun genre. Well, we're here, anyone wanna spitball some ideas? Because the Guardians in Destiny are about as good as sci-fi super soldiers get. Spartans and Space Marines are just... So Booooring...
