Back in 2003 a 23 year old Vincent was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and spent 13 years in prison before a talented attorney had him acquitted for self-defence and awarded with wrongful conviction compensation. During incarceration he took up an education in electrical engineering and upon release managed to find work as a well skilled automotive technician in his hometown. His long absence however lead to estrangement from friends and family which combined with occasional threats of retribution from relatives of the man he had killed pushed Vincent to start anew elsewhere.

Four years after release an opportunity arose in the newly built town of Anson where he purchased a small gas station that he hopes to expand from which to make a good name and fortune for himself.

Biography:

Born in Austin, Texas in 21 April 1983, Jonathan was born to a middle-class family. His father was a university professor (medieval history) while his mother worked in an office as a secretary. At school, he was distant and had very few friends. On the other hand, he excelled academically. In his spare time, he loved to read Sherlock Holmes novels and to imagine himself as a detective. It was because of this, and his excellent observational skills, that he trained in criminal justice at university and got a bachelor's degree in that field.

While he could work in a police department, Jonathan preferred the independence of being a private investigator. Gaining the necessary license from the state authorities, he opened an office. As a young investigator without much of a record, he wouldn't have all that much of a chance to make a name if not for the aid of his father. His father was a personal friend of a corporate CEO, whose company had suffered from an inside theft. He managed to convince him to give Jonathan a chance. Reluctantly, the CEO did so and Jonathan proved his worth by solving the case.

This allowed him to find work in various corporations for a period of two years before he undertook his first murder case. It was unlike all his past cases, but what he always wanted to do. A family friend was the one who asked him to do so. The police had closed the case without finding the murderer, so the man hoped that Jonathan could take a look at the case. Finding evidence that the police missed, Jonathan was able to close the case. Taking notice of his achievement, the police department offered to hire him as a private consultant on individual cases, and Jonathan accepted this offer.

That was the case until six months ago. Budget cuts meant that his consulting job had to go. As he had focused on his consulting job, his private investigator office had been neglected and Jonathan began having financial troubles. Two months ago, Jonathan got a call that the Anson police department was open to hiring a private consultant. Jonathan took up the offer.

Whenever others tried to talk to her, she'd walk away or just ignore them. When she was 14, she became a furry, and became even less social. When she was went into high school, she tried to make friends, and became slightly braver. She only has a few friends, and she gets slightly nervous when they hang out without her, because she thinks they don't care about her anymore, and she's awkward when talking to new people.

William "Bill" Strowger was born on February 3rd, 1964, in Sudan, Texas. He was brought up in a heavily Conservative family, being enstilled with the ideals of Country and Faith. He was quite a dull boy, with him not doing well at school and constantly getting into fist fights with the school yard bullies. He would graduate high school with and recieve a diploma. This would also be aroung the time Bill moved to Anson, moving in with his Uncle Fred.

Bill liked living in Anson with his Uncle Fred. Fred worked down at the city's dock, ensuring that Bill got a job as a dockyard worker. In this role, Bill would mainly help load and unload cargo and mail, with him sometimes being given permission to drive the trucks carrying the cargo. It was also during this time that Bill's Uncle, introduced him to his future Father-in-law and his future wife, with him being a fishing boat captain. Bill and his future wife soon began dating, with him later proposing to her in 1986. He would continue to work at the dockyard until 1989, when his Uncle Fred tragically died when the cargo truck he was driving plummeted off the docks and into the ocean. 1992 rolled around and Bill took over the fishing business from his father-in-law. Nothing really major happened in these eight years, with the normal stuff happening, like Bill and Janice buying their first house, Janice began working in the local Store. Bill's wife Janice would fall pregnant during the June of 1999, however, Bill was not around much due to his fishing boat lifestyle. He was 15 minutes late to the birth of his son Fred.

When Fred turned five, Bill took him out on his boat fishing. This would be a catastrophe as young Fred fell overboard, nearly drowning. Thankfully, Bill had not opened his beer yet, so immediately dived in after Fred, saving his life. He would vow from that day to never take children out on his fishing boat again. He also became a regular at the local Methodist Church with him attending Service every Sunday, a tradition that he still holds to this day.

2020 will be a good year for Bill. After buying a new Fishing boat in late 2019, he believes that business will soon be booming and that he'll be able to buy a new Ford Transit Van.

Madeline moved out after finishing high school to attend the Texas College of Cosmetology in Abilene to further her career and interests in hair and make-up. In the meantime, Madeline was working as a hair-dresser in Abilene to help support herself, despite receiving some financial support from her family to leave there. While studying at Cosmetology School, she would often drive into Dallas with her friends to party. One evening she met a young guy named Paul at bar and they fit off right away. Despite not being her first late night escapade, this was a pivotal moment in her life her daughter was conceived to Paul. Madeline, unfortunately, did not know until a week or so later when she took a pregnancy test, but by that stage the person 'Paul' had already left. Without any form to trace him or contact him, Madeline waded her options. Abortions were relatively a no-go in Texas, and with support from her family, Madeline decided to have the baby girl. At age 20, Madeline Pitts gave birth to her daughter Star Pitts, in 2001. Her daughter Star lived in Houston where her parents could look after her until she finished Cosmetology School in 2003, when she moved back to live with her family.

During this time, Madeline was working as a self-employed make-up artist in a rented storefront in a cheap area of Houston. Although she had somewhat reliable work there, it was little money. Madeline subsisted in a small apartment with her daughter, usually having to call in her parents or friends to take care of her, or call in a baby-sitter. When her daughter was aged four, in 2005, Madeline enrolled her in a young beauty pageant contest that would define the rest of their lives. Initially interested in the prize money of $5000 in the Texas-based competition, she thought that she could use her cosmetology skills and interest in hair, make-up and fashion to win. Madeline and Star did well, continuing to progress through the ranks of the hundreds of our children and their parents who signed up for the competition. In a coup for the basically unknown Madeline, who was a single mother working a low-paying job, they won the competition. Not long after winning the prize cash, the producers of a reality show called Little Miss Talent contacted Madeline with an offer. They were filming a reality television show based in California that was following the lives of young pageant goers and their parents (usually their mothers) in the bid to win the national competition. She was offered tens of thousands of dollars in contracts and free travel / accommodation during the filming. Without hesitation, she accepted.

By age 5, Star was featuring in the new hit-show Little Miss Talent in the first series, with Madeline also playing a major role. They lived in Los Angeles during the filming and lived quite lavishly compared to the previous situation. Madeline became an interesting character in the show, as she was very confrontational and protective of our child that audiences found funny. Throughout the first season, Madeline had numerous fights with a woman named Barbara Llewyn, who she solely called the 'bitch'. Despite audiences thinking the hateful relationship was played up for the cameras, there was real tension and they constantly clashed over whose child was better. In one confrontational episode in Season 1, Madeline accused Barbara of cheating and stormed off set. This went well with audiences, and the show was commissioned for a second series. At this stage, the role of the children in the pageantry were really a side-show to the arguments between the mothers. The second Season was another success, but those in filming production thought it best to remove the old cast for a new Season, should there be a third. Due to this, following the end of Season 2, Madeline was out of work.

She was still living a luxurious lifestyle in Los Angeles following the end of the show, using the great amount of money she earned on the show and through doing TV-spots periodically. However, her fame began to dwindle and she became more desperate for notoriety. Another filming company shortly contacted Madeline's agent with a TV show about her and her child, called Star Power (named after her daughter). While in the stages of production, is was halted after a secret video was released of Madeline yelling racist abuse at an Indian taxi driver in Sacramento. The show was scrapped and Madeline was publicly shamed. She attempted to make up for it, claiming that she was too drunk and apologized. However, the damage was already done. Stuck without work or without an income, Madeline started doing Instagram influencing. Some smaller time brands were pay her to promote products on her Instagram account, which was close to having a million subscribers. This was not enough to afford the mortgage on their house in Los Angeles, so she was forced to leave in 2011 at age 30.

Her options were limited, but she decided it was best to move back to Texas. Unable to afford very few places, she came across cheap housing in Anson. Together with her child, they moved to Anson and live in an upper scale house using the money from the selling of her Los Angeles condo. While living in Anson, Madeline has been unemployed, resorting to Instagram influencing to make money and using up her dwindling back account. At this rate, Madeline Pitts declined to a C, if not D grade celebrity and her daughter resumed school like a normal child.

Biography: Clementine was born in a rural part of southern Texas, living a rather tranquil early childhood life with her family. The Wendolyn clan owned quite a fair bit of land in the area and thus they were often welcomed in the local community. In fact, the Wendolyn's had lived in this part of Texas for generations, from the very beginnings of the state. This of course also meant that the family were former slave owners from Mississippi and the childhood home of Clementine was a former classic Southern estate mansion, one of the few in Texas. While hardly controversial in the state, this would become a controversy for her father's later years in business, especially in the North. Her father was a patron of the arts as one of the few wealthy men in the county and in southern Texas as a whole. Though most of his wealth came from managing the land and profitable investments in the booming towns of Beaumont and Brownsville, he remained rooted in his own part of the state and often rubbed elbows with a number of high-profile politicians. Thus Clementine was exposed to the ways of business early on and took a knack for it. Her mother on the other hand often did not like these business guests and was a more shy person, leading overall to numerous conflicts between the young girl and her mother.

As she attended school, she fortified her political beliefs as a more conservative student. Eventually she attended the University of Mississippi to study business and law.
