Since the Indian player is gone, would it be acceptable if I joined as India (but only if I am allowed to have Pakistan and Bangladesh too - NO partition)? Also on the term that if the Indian players decides to rejoin, you get him to join somewhere else so what happened with commies is not repeated to India too. I wouldn't want the guy coming a few days later and telling me he wants division/civil war/whatever.

'castrated' is pretty harsh
sure, you can go with india.

Country Name: Empire of India
Fictional or Real: Fictional
Head of State: Emperor George VI
Government Type: Federal Constitutional Monarchy
Capital: New Delhi
GDP: 222,222,000,000
Population: 434 million
Location: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh
History:

As in RL, after WWII the British accepted that India should become an independent country. Unlike RL, though, the partition never happened. The Muslims of India accepted a federal framework, in which their states would have increased autonomy on fiscal, cultural, education and religious issues.

The Indian subcontinent thus remained unified. The 1949 Constitutional Assembly retained the British monarchy. It also made India a federation. George VI is Emperor but has little actual authority and he is simply the ceremonial head of state. George VI is represented by Governor-General Chakravarti Rajagopalachari. Prime Minister is Jawaharlal Nehru.

The focus of India is to facilitate economic growth through a mixed market economic agenda and to strengthen the armed forces for self-defense.

I think you should keep China and relinquish Taiwan to PRC. After all, your app has been accepted, and it would be easier for me to map Taiwan and China reversed than to partition nations.

The OP said that he wants communists to get Manchuria too. That is not something I am willing to accept. I am willing to keep China only if PRC is limited to Taiwan and only if it is truce and not civil war. I do not want to RP a civil war.

I thought you'd prefer F-86 Sabres instead. With American cruisers as a bonus.

That would cost more money to maintain, which I'm not sure Brazil would even have the fund to given the fragility and volatility of their agrarian economy (being reliant on Coffee and other agricultural production). But yes, I can spare retrofitted WW2 carriers.

I would like a jet engine blueprint instead, then.

Unfortunately, jet engine blueprints are restricted to NATO members only, as are all other American armament blueprints. The best Brazil can import is ready-made American ships, aircrafts, and ground armaments/weapons (and they are comparable, if not slightly more advanced, against the British or Soviet armaments at this time).

This can change if the Soviet player offered you blueprints, though. Or if Brazil applied for NATO membership.

Then we have the same monarch, since India in this TL retained the monarchy and George VI is Emperor of India. :) :)
