There is official language out there for what a tribe is somewhere in the US Code, but for the sake of this bill something like "As well as each and every Federally Recognized Tribe" might work

He's got a delightfully expressive face. The problem I have is I keep picking politicians from the 80s and 90s (Merriam - Ferraro, Simone - Bottomley) so it's hard to get pictures of them outside of their antiquated timeframe.
