Louisiana is weird.

It's a historically-red state w/ a Southern Democrat gov, and Longist leanings. It's Laissez-faire. I'd classify Louisiana as a Purple/swing state because it's not firmly Democrat or firmly Republican.

Well, you may personally classify it as a swing state, but on every level except gubernatorial it is pretty solidly Republican in 2020.
