As for an Edith Wilson like role, I mean I have left hints here and there that Eliza is kind of doing that right now, or least that's how Eliza herself views it, at least as much as she can given that she probably doesn't have the security clearance to do everything.

If I recall correctly the general consensus between myself and Sana was that Eliza has been taking a much larger role in the day to day operations of the White House since her Husband fell down that damn flight of stairs. I could be wrong though given that we didn't hammer every thing out and we're just kind of going with the flow of it. She's definitely been deciding who gets access to her Husband though, that point I remember us pretty much agreeing on.

Like I said, Eliza doesn't want to deal with any legal consequences that might come up from it and I doubt any of us OOC want to either, add in her new found sympathy for her Husband and you get a First Lady who doesn't want to, if she really wanted to forge it she would've done it for the Weed Act
