3. all weapons must be researched by the time they were researched and made in real life

5. every month one country randomly will be selected and randomly will have either a political or economical crisis

History After WWI, there was an outbreak between Spain, France, Portugal and Morroco, which started with Spain regretting they were neutral because they could have saved lives, France and Portugal got angry because they thought they were stupid to not, Spain got angry and declared war, France and Portugal looked like they were going to win, but Morroco helped Spain and they defeated Portugal and France, and paved way for Spaince. Then the bottom and middle half of Morroco wanted to leave because they wanted less laws, they broke free and Spaince didn't argue because Spaince thought that they, an anarchy, would collapse of lack of laws.

Ok, so, in the XIX century, Mexico was suffering internal turmoil and the government was in huge debt with France, Spain and the U.K. but they couldn't pay, so they cancelled the payments. In response, Napoleon III,s France invaded Mexico and declared the Second Mexican Empire, led by Maximilian of Habsburg, to be their puppet. The French were defeated and irl Maximilian was captured by the Mexicans and shot. The premise of my country is that Maximilian escapes and the Europeans give him his own new kingdom.
