Romania condemn Càbenero for sinking a civilian ship that was bringing humanitarian supplies. Worst, they murdered all surviving crew members with no remorse. The clear brutality has made it unavoidable to not condemn. (1/4 Aye, 0/4 Nay)

"Mr Secretary General, while the United Kingdom condemns Cabenero for their vile actions, we do not want another international conflict to arise because some pesky Dictator in their hacienda, drinking wine on the expense of their poor citizens, decided to bomb a Japanese vessel carrying passengers. Therefore we advocate to invade Cabenero outrightly. There is a British naval base on Barbados that could be used for this endeavor. WAR!" shouted Ambassador Graves.

"However if such conflict arises Britain would not enter the war, we are content with selling British ships and weapons. There will be a massive discount for international arms sale later. And, the British delegation votes Nay on the PRC."

The proposition has been passed. Càbenero has been officially condemned by the Security Council of the United Nations.
