The monarch wakes up, as the general had called him for a emergency meeting that was scheduled in twenty minutes.

The world had changed. The Danish Viking Kingdom had broke free, and become a monarchy rather than a democracy. But was it worth it? The kingdom was losing in a war, badly, and many people were arguing over enlistments. One question really came in his mind: Should he surrender?

He couldn't spare a moment, though, as he jumped into his Aston Martin and drove away, to the DVKM HQ Complex. He reached there, and standing right there, was the general.

The general beckoned the president forward, and showed him multiple diagrams.

"You see, we are trying to create a nuclear bomb, more powerful than the most powerful one today. It might take a long time, but it might be worth it." He says.

"Look. We need to capture all the territory of theirs, convert the nation to a monarchy and then create our own economic way." The president says.

"Agreed. Let's meet later."

The pope, exhausted from last nights paperwork, groggily sits up from bed. For today, it was time to mediate the peace treaty between the Danish Viking Kingdom and the Swedish Republican Front.

“Your Holiness, today is a meeting of the Legislative Assembly.” Says Richard Albert, famed Personal Assistant to the Pope and Cardinal.

The pope looks down. He throws on his outfit and begins leaving the building. He then checks the time. 9:30 The pope only has 15 minutes. He rushes through the streets and into the legislative building.

In the legislative building, the topic of discussion is if the military size should be expanded. Two sides have formed. On one side, the more Liberal clergy. On the other side, the Conservative clergy. The liberals believed in the decreasing of funding for the military, however the conservatives believed in the military should be funded more. Naturally, he joined the conservative side of debate.

The Prime Minister, an elected position by the people, cleared his throat and said: “The status of the army is a delicate one. It could cost me my position. But the population of “True Italy” in itself could crush our [small] defending forces. The military clearly needs more funding! While I may not usually agree with the [king] (Pope), it is time to atleast agree on this.” And with that, the prime minister sat down.

The king goes to the Intelligence Of DVK's HQ. He sits down, and the head goes up to him.

"Sir, we have seen that True Italy and another country are having tensions. What should we do?"

"Well, first win the civil war! We want to become a kingdom again, right?" The king says.

"But should we..." The head says

"NO! WE WILL NOT SURRENDER!" He says.

"Do we have WMBs?" The head asks.

"I don't know. I'll meet up with the military later." The king says.

It is time that we destroy the vile and despicable Danish Viking Kingdom once and for all!" The Chancellor, Ernst van Skarnberg stated in his speech.

"Hail Skarnberg! Hail Skarnberg! Hail Skarnberg!" the Burgundian soldiers shouted.

"Hereby, I command the attack! Tomorrow, 14 vessels of the Royal Marine shall strike Sjaelland, Copenhagen and the Danish Britain territory! Zege Hail!"

"Hail Skarnberg!" a soldier states, as General Michel-Philippe Polnareff entered the Burgundian War Room. "Hail Skarnberg," the General replied. He quickly briefed the other officers on the situation.

"Generals, the Vikings launched nuclear missiles against us. This cannot be tolerated. Burgundy is the strongest, best, and purest Empire to ever exist in this world. No other nation could ever contend with us! We are the epitome of Human civilization from the 2000 and more years of it's existence, we are the continuation of the Qin Empire, the Sumerian city-states, Roman and Byzantine Empires, the great Abbasid Caliphate, the Mali Empire, and every other major human civilization! Those pesky raiders are no more than fishermen who took their axe to terrorize our civillians! We must STRIKE THEM BACK! Hail Skarnberg!"

"HAIL SKARNBERG!" all the officers shouted.

"Destroy their nukes and launch back our missiles, railgun all their ships and burn their territory to the ground, salt the Earth!"

The Major General of the Army, Amadou Boubache, stood up and tapped a holoprojector that relied Polnareff's orders to the Burgundian Command staff. "The Armed Forces has confirmed their offensive, Generals. Dania delenda est! Hail Skarnberg!"

"I thank you very deeply, Major General Boubache! Your service will be commended by the Empire, we shall commission another statue in your honor. Dania delenda est, Hail Skarnberg!"
