The Turkish delegate, Bilal Nezif signals that he wants permission to speak.

"Honored Mr. Secretary General and all of my fellow nations' delegates. I would like to bring your attention to the current situation in the Middle East; Specifically the state of Israel or Palestine and Egypt. If I am not mistaken they are now in a state of anarchy due to the collapse of the previous North Arabian government."

"Therefore, I would like to propose that the UN help these two states acquire back their stability and in the process ensure the safety of the civilians by sending UN peacekeepers and establishing a temporary UN-backed administration in these two states."

"Once chaos subsides and stability is achieved, administration of these two states will then be handled over to the people via democracy; As in two or more political parties compete in their own national elections. Thus ending the UN mission in the Middle East."

Resolution to Propose UN Intervention in Egypt and Israel/Palestine

i. Send in UN peacekeepers to stabilize both states
ii. Establish a temporary UN administration until stability is achieved
iii. Hold democratic national elections in both states
iv. UN withdrawal from both countries once elections conclude and a government is formed in the respective countries.

The Scandinavian Delegate Ivar Norberg raised his hand to be recognized and after receiving it cleared his throat "The United Kingdoms would like to Raise a question what will be done by the United Nations to resolve the disputes between the Arab and Jewish Peoples to make sure further bloodshed like the war of 1948 does not happen again."

The Brazilian delegate stands up.
“With all due respect, the bloodshed was caused by the mandate of the UN. Had we not ordered Israel to be created, nothing would have happened. I say we unite the countries into one and monitor an election to make sure whoever comes to power comes to power fairly”

"However we can not rescind the creation of a Jewish state which the people of Scandinavia still fully stand behind however the implementation was flawed by our shortsightedness in believing the Arab states and people would accept the Jewish people with open arms instead of Strangers thrown into their house without consent. We must fix our mistakes and find a middle ground so that the peoples of the region both Arab and Jewish can live in Peace and Harmony." Ivar quietly slid his glasses back onto his face as he looked at the faces of the other Delegates "This is a UN problem so we must create a UN answer."

France votes nay. The French delegate then gets up and gives a brief speech on the French position.

The French Government has long supported the creation of a state for the Jewish people. However, the reality of the situation is that Palestine has a huge Jewish population thanks to a lack of oversight by the British. Yet the land of Palestine's native inhabitants are still a sizable portion of the population. The reason the French position on this proposal (nay) is because the state created should be secular and democratic. If anything, a consitution, law code, bill of right, and judicial system should be created for Palestine. With Egypt I as well as the French Government have no problem with the proposal. It is only with Palestine that we have an issue with the proposal."

Ivar straightened his tie slightly "while that is an Admirable position of a Secular Democratic state however before we discuss the creation of a government in the region we must first figure out how to prevent Ethnic and Religious tension from flaring into future civil war so I would like to ask the Ambassadors of both Turkey and Iran their positions on the Matter as they're much closer to the region in question and with their majority muslim populations can probably aid us better in seeking a peaceful co-existence between the 2 peoples.

Mr.Miguel stood up and told Bolivia's position.
"Every nation hopes for peace. We agree for a palestanian country, but it must be reasonable. The government must be evenly divided between the Jews, Muslims and christian as to there being less violence.
