The Military Council of Switzerland was founded in the year 2291 and in now is in power of a military council. The Military Council of Switzerland is very unstable with a military coup taking place to try and stop the failing presidency and to regain control of the country. Political parties are in the streets causing violence with the military setting up blockades and trying to clam the whole mess down. 5 rising parties are vying to take power the current Military Council who wants to keep the current government, the Radical Anarchists who wants to separate Switzerland into 4 districts, the Monarchiste Restaurateurs who want to restore the rule of King Frederick IV, a Swiss king that lasted for 7 years. Also the Egalitarian Party wants a form of communism, and then the Totalists a hard left and authoritarian doctrine advocates a massive centralization of power instead of the more democratic support to the trade unions endorsed by syndicalism. Minor parties cannot do much unless they form a coalition like the market liberals and the conservatives. Will Switzerland collapse or will they stabilize and further the country?

That's really chaotic. I do have a Swiss thing so I'm sticking w/ it. Also 'cause a military junta/martial law sounds badass, and a Militarized/Militaristic Swiss even more considering the Swiss's knack for being neutral and non-interventionist/nonviolent.

The Ireland SSR was founded in 2304 and is lead by a proletarian dictatorship. The country has been suffering from mass food shortages and protests. Any type of collectivization efforts have proven unsuccessful and the countries main crop, the potato, has had several unsuccessful yields. A new political party, the Communism Democracy, has been rising and wants to get rid of this dictatorship and install a communist democracy. Will the SSR stay a dictatorship or will they become a communist democracy?

Alright.. technically we do have a council.. though I do doubt anybody is on.

Basically a council of cardinals is assembled to pick the next pope, they are only assembled if the sitting pope dies or abdicates the Holy See. They vote on the Pope’s successor, and it must be a cardinal. The voting process is around 2 weeks long, and the votes are kept extremely secret. Once they reach a decision, they announce it and the chosen cardinal becomes the next pope with a new name.
