The Nation of Austria-Hungary has been brutally suppressing any freedom, even during the war with France. Hundred of people were killed only to have served an empire they despised. But after the Franco war, the rebels have gotten more organized and ready to fight. People of all ethnicity, Italians,Spaniards,Portuguese, Slavs, Amers, Romanians, Czechs, English, Croats and Slovenes joining together to be free of the tyrannic rule of the Austrians. The French have suported the rebels. And now is the the time to rise up...

Scipio Maximilian started to slowly walk towards the safe house. He was carrying 5 rifles and if caught would be executed. He was walking with caution when a guard shouted "You!" Scipio turns around. He and his fellow guard start taking out their rifles. "What are you do-" Scipio rapidly took out his pistol and killed both the guards. He took their rifles and ran toward the safe house hoping no other guard noticed him.

Scipio entered the house where 10 men were waiting.
"What happened to you?" one asked.
"Guards." The men looked at each other. "I have asked you men here to form a militia I will call it the 'Uomini di montagna', the mountain men. Who will join?"
"Why should we join?" asked the same men.
"To overthrow the Empire." Silence.
"We will join." Scipio handed 7 of them Fucile di Fanteria Modello 1891 guns.

He gave the other 3 bayonets. He then grinned. "Now they will die."

Scipio crept out of the house. It had been 5 days since the meeting, and now 48 men were part of the militia. They were going to attack the 12 guards stationed in their village. He saw the guards. They were mostly Slovenes. So instead of killing them, Scipio came out and shouted "Put your guns on the ground! We don't want to kill you!" One of the Slovenes turned around and said "Who are you?" Scipio grinned "Your liberators."
The same Slovene said "You're the militia? Thank goodness! We were waiting when you were going to appear after you killed the Hungarians. We have 10 extra guns for you who need it." And just like that, the mountain men got more experienced men.

Leonardo was hunting in the woods. Just him and the prey. Bam! He shot a bird down. He smiled. There was going to be dinner tonight. While he was walking back to his village, he saw a nervous kid handing out flyers. The kid looked at him and gave him one. It said

Join the revolution!
We must overthrow these tyrannical beasts and fly.
Meeting in Vallez house. At 10 P.M.

Leo sighed. His brother. of course it was his brother.
At 10 Leo went to his brother's house. There were 4 men waiting with rifles and his brother twirling his pistol.
"What is this?" Leo said, showing the picture.
"We are going to start a revolution!" His brother responded and the 4 men grinned. Leo laughed.
"You expect to win against an army with these 4 men?"
"No," he responded, "It's a Spanish-wide revolt. Join us, brother."
"No."
"Don't you want revenge on Conrad?"
"Fine. But we need more time."

The entire militia, now numbering 60 men went raiding on nearby bases. Upon hearing of these raids, the governor sent 200 troops to attack the village. After controlling 6 villages, the Mountain men numbered 180. They convinced most of the villages to flee to the mountains with their belongings.

Leo went to the nearest cabin. Unbeknownst to the Austrians, a secret village had formed in the deep forest. They were from every ethnicity in Austria-Hungary. These were men ready to fight against Austria-Hungary. He called together a meeting.
"Men, I come with a offer." Murmurs in the crowd as he continues, "The oppressed peoples in Austria-Hungary have planned one big uprising. You can help us and be able to leave this isolated village after we overthrow them or when we try to overthrow them, we won't have the numbers and the revolt will fail. It is on your shoulders to decide our fate."
The men, which numbered 3,800 held a meeting. 3,000 were willing to fight.
"For now stay here. We in the village will steal any weapon we can find. For now organize your selves."

Leo and 50 men crept towards the base that held 170 soldiers. Another 93 militia men were moving from the front and 20 on each side. They set up their 6 Chauchats and lit the night up. Leo sniped off 2 men while the flankers clambered over the base walls. A stick of dynamite was set up and blew the door open. They had captured the base. They grabbed 200 rifles, 2 machine guns, 20 pounds of dynamite and 1 armored car.
