She just so happens to be a Mainer who own's land in Florida, the Bahamas, and Puerto Rico, much like any other rich Mainer. You can only take that weather for so long you know, she'll miss the mountains if she ever retires down into the Caribbean though.

I was just thinking about how much culture shock it must have been for Martha to go from growing up in a wealthy suburban Atlanta neighborhood, to living in West Virginia.

Luckily, Jonah and her were both rich and successful enough to provide for her more comfortable tastes.
