Also how’d she know in a secret ballot???

Still two more friends than Michelle Brown has.

She could just threaten them with penalties beforehand. That’s transparent.

That’s unrealistic for a Senate Leadership contest.

I mean whipping in any leadership contest is pretty unrealistic.

What’s the point of having a leadership contest if your only going to allow people to vote for one candidate?

I was making a post, but the server messed up.

I was going to say I agree with you, and I’m worried about Republican smears and progressive hostility.

Maybe the Progs will put up one of their own...

Moore is supporting our ticket.

Westra/Winthrop/Doyle are gone OOC. Murphy isn't popular.

There isn't anyone hehehe

It's partly why I'm considering having Spellman run for Doyle's Oregan seat if Lavar doesn't come back.

We need some progs in the Senate asap

Yeah it would be fun if a Progressive went for it, it’d make it more interesting.

It’s just weird seeing people announcing their intentions to try and get the leadership positions because normally they’re either chosen by the DNC or Senators vote first then the leader is announced

For Senate leaders, the DNC has no vote

Eh? That’s how they chose Harry Reid and Charley Schumer.

The DNC put a committee up around selecting a leader.

I mean, the Senate’s in dire need of leadership. The House has Douglas but until Sullivan, Windsor was dropping in activity.

I’m 90% sure Windsor literally has one IC post.

My New Mexico guy could have helped with that... :(

But yeesh, that’s a way to go... no gentle tragic boating accident, then?
