Yeah it would be fun if a Progressive went for it, it’d make it more interesting.
It’s just weird seeing people announcing their intentions to try and get the leadership positions because normally they’re either chosen by the DNC or Senators vote first then the leader is announced

I mean, the Senate’s in dire need of leadership. The House has Douglas but until Sullivan, Windsor was dropping in activity.
