Time of Role-play: 140 AFR
The Sith Empire and the old Galactic Republic once thrived throughout the galaxy, colonizing homeworlds and drifting others to their cause, however; the chaos inevitably destroyed the two due to endless war and corruption on Coruscant and Koraband. The Sith Empire collapsed due to internal strife and civil war approximately in 21 BFR* (before the fall of the Republic), while the Galactic Republic disbanded following massive protests throughout the Middle and Outer Rim Worlds in 0 AFR.
Jedi:
The Jedi and their council were forced to leave the world of Coruscant and relocated to the ancient planet of Tython. However in the following decades, internal conflicts over a unified galaxy turned into full blown war, with the League of Unified Galaxy supporters leaving after loosing to the Traditionalists to gather support in the Core Worlds and Inner Rim, namely Naboo, Alderaan, and Corellia. The traditionalists and the High Jedi Council remained on Tython until 70 AFR, where they relocated to Ahch-To. Their power in the galaxy remains obscure, yet many force wielders are in seats of power across the galaxy, including the Mandalorian Confederation and elsewhere.
Sith:
The Sith Empire was the first galactic entity to collapse in almost millennia. Nearly all of the Sith were killed after the Battle of Moraband in 20 BFR, where forces from both pro-peace with the Republic and anti-peace met on the battlefield. The Sith Emperor and his family were found murdered soon after and his warlords fought for power within themselves. The Sith now only reside on the planets of Dathomir and Moraband, with fewer than a 1,000 sith warriors alive. Darth Kiolan is the current leader of the Sith, a powerful Zabrak born in 100 AFR.
Rest of the Galaxy:
The rest of the galaxy has turned into relative obscurity, with many federations and empires taking the place of the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. In this role-play, you may become a large federation, a small planetary republic, or a member of the Jedi Council seeking the light side defeating the dark!

History (three to five sentences please): The Mandalorian people come from a long line of noble warriors within the last few thousand years. The Mandalorian people were originally aligned with the Sith Empire under former Duke Ipakaat Shaijort, a dark side force wielder. However, the Sith Massacre on Moraband left Mandalore to fend for itself, leaving it vulnerable to invasion from various Sith Warlords. This led to be very unpopular with the people and the publicly ousted Duke Shaijort and executed him in Sundari. The Mandalorian People became more independent thinkers and remained unaffiliated with the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. After the fall of the Republic and Sith Empire, the successors of Duke Shaijort conquered several systems and expanded to almost the entire sector of the former Sith Empire. Nearly one hundred and forty years later, the Mandalorian Confederation was founded on the moon of Concordia, with the Confederation being led by House Qyrnoost's Head, Duchess Tiva, a light side forcer who wields the lightsaber, a legendary white crystalized saber stolen back after the Fall of the Republic.

Like many mining corporations, the IMT utilizes a private defense fleet serviced by organics and battle droids. In recent years, this private navy has expanded in size to deal with elite crime syndicates.

The Zygerrian Empire needed their slave economy to keep going, and to strike back at the Corporate Sector before it swallowed them in the post-Republic galaxy. Thus, an agreement was struck, where the Consulate would be semi-autonomous, and free to plunder so long as tribute and ships were sent to the Dark Lord whenever there was large scale carnage to be had. For now, the Chorlian and Wyl Sectors would gradually answer to them...eventually

The Dominion was established at Bespin by Max Krogan, a rogue Jedi. His starship crashed in the planet in 8 BFR and he was saved by Wang Jiadi, the warlord ruling Bespin. Max chose to serve Wang and he rose through the ranks thanks to his skill in the Force and lightsaber combat. In 6 AFR, Wang died under suspicious circumstances and Max succeeded him as leader of Bespin. After putting down a revolt against his rule, Max proceeded to transform what was essentially a bandit regime into a state with a sophisticated bureaucracy and disciplined army.
He created the 'Order of Scholars', selecting the brightest intellectuals of Bespin to run the civilian administration, and the 'Holy Order', a military force with the strictest discipline imaginable. The Order of Scholars reorganized the whole administration of Bespin, creating Six Ministries to run state affairs, with ministerial bureaus staffed by members of the order and a strict protocol mandating the social behavior of the scholar-officials. The soldiers of the Holy Order were brainwashed into believing that the rogue Jedi was actually a God and that his supernatural abilities came not from the Force but due to him being a Divine Being.
In 10 AFR, Max crowned himself Maximilian I, Emperor of the Dominion. His first act was to conquer Hoth. The icy planet was empty bar a few bases of space pirates, who were easily dislodged by the Holy Order. With Hoth conquered, Maximilian turned his sights to the world of Lutrillia. Unlike Hoth, Lutrillia had a large population and wheeled platform-cities. In a conflict that lasted five years, the Holy Order conquered Lutrillia. Believing it to be a sacred crusade, the Holy Order had fought with extreme savagery and committed countless atrocities in their attempts to bring the Lutrillians to submission.
In 27 AFR, Maximilian I died and he was succeeded by his son, Michael I. Michael was a shrewd diplomat and, unlike his father, preferred diplomacy to war. He sent Dominion spies to spread tales of the Holy Order's prowess to Mugaar and Jiroch. He then offered them an ultimatum: they could join the Dominion peacefully or the Holy Order would lay waste on their worlds. They two planets accepted the Dominion offer. Since then ten Emperors have reigned, with Maximilian IV being the latest one. Trade and culture have flourished but society has become extremely stratified, with only the descendants of scholar-officials being allowed to serve in the imperial administration.
Maximilian IV has dreams of glory. He doesn't want to accept the status quo. Instead, he dreams of further expansion. He believes a war of conquest will bring renewed energy to an old society.

Blaze was part of a small humanoid community within the forests of Utapau. One day their village was attacked by a Sith who took Reigo believing him to be force sensitive. The brother’s mother tried to stop the Sith Lord but was cut down. Blaze Okada left the planet and headed towards Hoth where he met a Jedi who taught him the ways of the force. Biography (two to four sentences please): Born into slavery on Korriban, Shaal's force sensitivity became apparent during her adolescent years which were spent at the Sith Academy, where courses mostly consisted of "make sure you don't get sliced to ribbons by other acolytes". She was eventually taken in by Darth Glasyr, a reclusive, self-centered human who only took apprentices so they could run errands for him. With a relatively free reign and Glasyr's library at her disposal, she spent most of her time acquiring knowledge and atuning herself to the Force.

The Grey Knights
When the Jedi were in exile and the Neimodians led a spree of death and slavery through the Core and Colonies, the Jedi were slow to react. Several Jedi who originated from the region left on their own accord and fought the Neimodians alongside the Kuati fleet.
The Kuat families rewarded these Jedi handsomely and offered them places in command, places of renown and respect they had lost since the fall of the republic. Although many left, some stayed to regain a glimpse of their former glory during the time of the republic. These few, were heralded as heroes and their leader, frustrated with the Jedi, advocated a more pro-active path and understanding of the force, although always careful of the true ways of the Sith. He and his fellow deserters created the Grey Knights, a small, almost insignificant order, funded by the families of Kuat and given prominent places in the armies and fleets of the Confederacy. Although they walk a path somewhat like the Jedi, they have abandoned Orthodoxy and walk a more grey path. The Jedi of course, are ever wary that these frustrated force users will be all too easily swayed to the ways of the Sith.
Biography :
When the Grey knights were but an idea in the eyes of the deserting Jedi in service of the fledgling Core Confederacy, it was by luck that a cousin to the current patriarch of House Kuat was found to have a healthy link to the force. The Patriarch of House Kuat, indebted to these Jedi, allowed them to take his own blood as a Padawan. As his training progressed, so did the friendship between these Jedi and House Kuat, eventually leading to the Creation of the Grey knights. Of which Geralt became the first Padawan to complete his training and be named a "Knight", amongst the others who refused to return to a life as Jedi in Exile.
As a skilled force wielder heavily influenced by his ex-Jedi masters, Geralt has a strong moral compass, but fields his primary loyalties to his family and his homeworld of Kuat and as such, by extension, the Core Confederacy. As he was trained by veterans of the Neimodian wars, Geralt was influenced in unorthodox ways of combat compared to normal Jedi teachings. The usefulness of a blaster, or even more strange or less conventual weapons became a passion and beyond his lightsaber, Geralt is fond of conventual weapons and their various workings.

Biography (two to four sentences please): Marur was born on the world of Dathomir, with the presence of the Sith quickly leading to his identification as force sensitive, for which he was taken by the Sith and trained in their arts. Early into his training, he was noted to hold an amount of aggression that far surpassed his peers, gaining the attention of a number of Sith Masters. He was eventually apprenticed by Darth Vayne, who's training consisted of focusing on his raw natural ability and honing it into becoming Vaynes personal weapon, dispatching him to securing Vayne's power by dealing with threats, ranging from gangster, to Jedi, to other Sith. As of now, he resides on Dathomir, awaiting his next assignment.

Biography (two to four sentences please): As a young Dathomirian Zabrak, Evile was taken by the Sith Empire to be trained in the ways of the Dark Side of the Force. Evile was quick at learning abilities of the Force as well as combat, though the lessens in effective strategy were lost on him. He has since become a valuable pilot to the Order as well as arose to the rank of Jedi Knight.

Biography: Alaata Zan is the Saarai-kaar of the Jensaarai, a relatively small order of Force-users that broke away from both the Jedi Order and the Sith Empire upon the fall of the Empire and the Republic. The Jensaarai believed that neither the Jedi nor the Sith understood the truth of the Force, instead teaching a blending of the two philosophies. From their Jedi roots they were deeply honorable, disciplined, and respected those same traits in their enemies. From the Sith they learned the power of aggression, though not to the point of the dark side.
Alaata Zan was raised within this order, as her mother was a Jedi and her father had been a Sith warrior in the Empire, both of whom had grown disillusioned with their orders and sought out something better. She was immersed in training from the time that she was very young, and spent much of her formative years learning the philosophy and methods of both the Sith and the Jedi. As she aged, she slowly advanced to a position of leadership within the Jensaarai, eventually becoming the equivalent of a Grand Master within the order.

Berethon was born to the illustrious Halcyon/Horn Family on Corellia. He was quickly identified as force sensitive and taken to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, he was identified as a gifted student and at age 12 was promoted to a padawan under Master ____. He was commended for his role in helding negotiate the end to the Andoan Wars alongside his master after successfully investigating and uncovering a plot to disrupt peace negotiations, this is just one such incident where the Jedi would use stealth and subterfuge to ensure peace. From after a time traveling with his master he spent 4 years committing himself to study and training at the Jedi Temple as his master became a member of the Jedi Council.
After being knighted he joined multiple task forces over the years to defuse conflicts and get in the middle of them, distinguishing himself in the battle of Galidraan where he distinguished himself as a noted practitioner of Soresu eventually mastering the form and being counted as the greatest master of his generation. After many years and noted service he was given the rank of Jedi Master.

History (three to five sentences please): The Mandalorian people come from a long line of noble warriors within the last few thousand years. The Mandalorian people were originally aligned with the Sith Empire under former Duke Ipakaat Shaijort, a dark side force wielder. However, the Sith Massacre on Moraband left Mandalore to fend for itself, leaving it vulnerable to invasion from various Sith Warlords. This led to be very unpopular with the people and the publicly ousted Duke Shaijort and executed him in Sundari. The Mandalorian People became more independent thinkers and remained unaffiliated with the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire. After the fall of the Republic and Sith Empire, the successors of Duke Shaijort conquered several systems and expanded to almost the entire sector of the former Sith Empire. Nearly one hundred and forty years later, the Mandalorian Confederation was founded on the moon of Concordia, with the Confederation being led by House Qyrnoost's Head, Duchess Tiva, a light side forcer who wields the lightsaber, a legendary white crystalized saber stolen back after the Fall of the Republic.

Thus, an agreement was struck, where the Consulate would be semi-autonomous, and free to plunder so long as tribute and ships were sent to the Dark Lord whenever there was large scale carnage to be had. The Dominion was established at Bespin by Max Krogan, a rogue Jedi. His starship crashed in the planet in 8 BFR and he was saved by Wang Jiadi, the warlord ruling Bespin. Max chose to serve Wang and he rose through the ranks thanks to his skill in the Force and lightsaber combat. In 6 AFR, Wang died under suspicious circumstances and Max succeeded him as leader of Bespin. After putting down a revolt against his rule, Max proceeded to transform what was essentially a bandit regime into a state with a sophisticated bureaucracy and disciplined army.
He created the 'Order of Scholars', selecting the brightest intellectuals of Bespin to run the civilian administration, and the 'Holy Order', a military force with the strictest discipline imaginable. The Order of Scholars reorganized the whole administration of Bespin, creating Six Ministries to run state affairs, with ministerial bureaus staffed by members of the order and a strict protocol mandating the social behavior of the scholar-officials. The soldiers of the Holy Order were brainwashed into believing that the rogue Jedi was actually a God and that his supernatural abilities came not from the Force but due to him being a Divine Being.
In 10 AFR, Max crowned himself Maximilian I, Emperor of the Dominion. His first act was to conquer Hoth. The icy planet was empty bar a few bases of space pirates, who were easily dislodged by the Holy Order. With Hoth conquered, Maximilian turned his sights to the world of Lutrillia. Unlike Hoth, Lutrillia had a large population and wheeled platform-cities. In a conflict that lasted five years, the Holy Order conquered Lutrillia. Believing it to be a sacred crusade, the Holy Order had fought with extreme savagery and committed countless atrocities in their attempts to bring the Lutrillians to submission.
In 27 AFR, Maximilian I died and he was succeeded by his son, Michael I. Michael was a shrewd diplomat and, unlike his father, preferred diplomacy to war. He sent Dominion spies to spread tales of the Holy Order's prowess to Mugaar and Jiroch. He then offered them an ultimatum: they could join the Dominion peacefully or the Holy Order would lay waste on their worlds. They two planets accepted the Dominion offer. Since then ten Emperors have reigned, with Maximilian IV being the latest one. Trade and culture have flourished but society has become extremely stratified, with only the descendants of scholar-officials being allowed to serve in the imperial administration.
Maximilian IV has dreams of glory. He doesn't want to accept the status quo. Instead, he dreams of further expansion. He believes a war of conquest will bring renewed energy to an old society.

Blaze was part of a small humanoid community within the forests of Utapau. One day their village was attacked by a Sith who took Reigo believing him to be force sensitive. The brother’s mother tried to stop the Sith Lord but was cut down. Blaze Okada left the planet and headed towards Hoth where he met a Jedi who taught him the ways of the force. Biography (two to four sentences please): Born into slavery on Korriban, Shaal's force sensitivity became apparent during her adolescent years which were spent at the Sith Academy, where courses mostly consisted of "make sure you don't get sliced to ribbons by other acolytes". She was eventually taken in by Darth Glasyr, a reclusive, self-centered human who only took apprentices so they could run errands for him. With a relatively free reign and Glasyr's library at her disposal, she spent most of her time acquiring knowledge and atuning herself to the Force.

The Grey Knights
When the Jedi were in exile and the Neimodians led a spree of death and slavery through the Core and Colonies, the Jedi were slow to react. Several Jedi who originated from the region left on their own accord and fought the Neimodians alongside the Kuati fleet.
The Kuat families rewarded these Jedi handsomely and offered them places in command, places of renown and respect they had lost since the fall of the republic. Although many left, some stayed to regain a glimpse of their former glory during the time of the republic. These few, were heralded as heroes and their leader, frustrated with the Jedi, advocated a more pro-active path and understanding of the force, although always careful of the true ways of the Sith. He and his fellow deserters created the Grey Knights, a small, almost insignificant order, funded by the families of Kuat and given prominent places in the armies and fleets of the Confederacy. Although they walk a path somewhat like the Jedi, they have abandoned Orthodoxy and walk a more grey path. The Jedi of course, are ever wary that these frustrated force users will be all too easily swayed to the ways of the Sith.
Biography :
When the Grey knights were but an idea in the eyes of the deserting Jedi in service of the fledgling Core Confederacy, it was by luck that a cousin to the current patriarch of House Kuat was found to have a healthy link to the force. The Patriarch of House Kuat, indebted to these Jedi, allowed them to take his own blood as a Padawan. As his training progressed, so did the friendship between these Jedi and House Kuat, eventually leading to the Creation of the Grey knights. Of which Geralt became the first Padawan to complete his training and be named a "Knight", amongst the others who refused to return to a life as Jedi in Exile.
As a skilled force wielder heavily influenced by his ex-Jedi masters, Geralt has a strong moral compass, but fields his primary loyalties to his family and his homeworld of Kuat and as such, by extension, the Core Confederacy. As he was trained by veterans of the Neimodian wars, Geralt was influenced in unorthodox ways of combat compared to normal Jedi teachings. The usefulness of a blaster, or even more strange or less conventual weapons became a passion and beyond his lightsaber, Geralt is fond of conventual weapons and their various workings.

Biography (two to four sentences please): Marur was born on the world of Dathomir, with the presence of the Sith quickly leading to his identification as force sensitive, for which he was taken by the Sith and trained in their arts. Early into his training, he was noted to hold an amount of aggression that far surpassed his peers, gaining the attention of a number of Sith Masters. He was eventually apprenticed by Darth Vayne, who's training consisted of focusing on his raw natural ability and honing it into becoming Vaynes personal weapon, dispatching him to securing Vayne's power by dealing with threats, ranging from gangster, to Jedi, to other Sith. As of now, he resides on Dathomir, awaiting his next assignment.

He has since become a valuable pilot to the Order as well as arose to the rank of Jedi Knight.

Biography: Alaata Zan is the Saarai-kaar of the Jensaarai, a relatively small order of Force-users that broke away from both the Jedi Order and the Sith Empire upon the fall of the Empire and the Republic. The Jensaarai believed that neither the Jedi nor the Sith understood the truth of the Force, instead teaching a blending of the two philosophies. From their Jedi roots they were deeply honorable, disciplined, and respected those same traits in their enemies. From the Sith they learned the power of aggression, though not to the point of the dark side.
Alaata Zan was raised within this order, as her mother was a Jedi and her father had been a Sith warrior in the Empire, both of whom had grown disillusioned with their orders and sought out something better. She was immersed in training from the time that she was very young, and spent much of her formative years learning the philosophy and methods of both the Sith and the Jedi. As she aged, she slowly advanced to a position of leadership within the Jensaarai, eventually becoming the equivalent of a Grand Master within the order.
