Yeah, but water is going to be more scarce because of overuse and global warming. This meant that countries in the northern hemisphere close to the Arctic circle would become the world's prime agricultural and water exporter. No one is screwed, and you already have the Appalachian mountains - that's more than enough a large source of water already.

China has already begun to implement changes such as a decrease of 23 percent of water usage per 10000 than along with the SNWPD, which at least the eastern and central routes will remain viable since most of the Yangtze is within the confines of the PRC. It is also another reason I'm going to eventually invade the south.

How are you going to get crops though? You can't grow crops effectively if you spread ash over your own country. Although Cascadia wouldn't be affected that much by the spraying - unless you happened to spray things over our airspace - there would still likely be significant backlash.
