Elysee Palace, Paris

"This is bad." The economic adviser remakred.

"And what exactly am I looking at here?" Asked President Coty.

"Well, a lot of numbers and graphs. But they all tell a dark story. An economic bubble has formed. And it's going to pop. I don't know when, but probably soon." The adviser explained.

"And what caused this bubble?" Coty inquired.

"Well, a lot of things. But the uncertainty over American aid, the Soviet Civil War, and just about all the other crazyness in the world has begun to wear on investors. And if we go yearly growth rates. In 1947, 1948, and 1949 France had an average growth rate of 7.5%. For the first two quarters of 1950 it's 5%. That's a 2.5% decrease in growth. And in 1951 we're expecing similar numbers if this situation to this if the status quo holds." The economic adviser warned.

"So what you're telling me is that a global crash in imminent." Coty said bluntly.

"Not a crash. A recession where based on current estimate, 10% of French savings could be wipped out and the Franc could loose a similar ammount of value. But this wouldn't be limited to France. This is going to be global." The adviser corrected Coty.

"And how do we avoid it?" Asked Coty as he began to fret.

"We would need to end the war in the USSR, and get assurances that for the forseeable future American aid continues to arrive at a constant rate." The advisor suggested.

"Very well. In the meantime, go public with the risk of a recession. It should give us the stronger hand in negotiations." Coty said as the advisor left the room.

Förening palace Malmö
King Daniel I Stood quietly as his advisors finished speaking there was one thing the Scandinavians could do if they wanted Finland they'd have to aid the soviets. His advisors had brought up the fact the Tsarists would once again try to take Finland for themselves and reform the Russian empire. His stomach sank when he thought about negotiating with the Bolsheviks given their history of killing monarchs. He sighed then said resolutely "Send Gustav to Moscow tell him to offer what support we can spare against the Tsarists as long they don't ask for any further claims on Finland.

The Republic of Bolivia has offered to make a Joint Force command to coordinate our military's actions. We suggest it to be in Cochabamba.

We will accept, but does it require us to send troops or equipment, or manpower of some sort to the Paraguayo effort?
We also suggest using Rio Branco or Cusco for the high command, with the cities of Cochobamba and Porto Alegre, or a city in Brazil as naval and Air Force commands.
The smaller the city the better

It does not require us to help each other out, but since we are neighbors, we thought to have some unity in the military. For the High command, it will be Trinidad, Bolivia, Air force HQ is Cusco, and Porto Seguro as the naval base

I am willing to offer you one final compromise. India will cut all support to the Tsarists if this plan succeeds. We will begin preperations with German aid to assassinate the general-secretary of the USSR. We will plan everything out, you send us the equipment to fulfill this task. We will assemble a team of Inglourious Basterds to achieve this mission. If this succeeds, we will not support the tsarists and will keep the alliance. If this fails, we will continue the alliance, but we will also not support the Tsarists. If you reject this, we will terminate the alliance.

With respects, Osman Ali Khan.

South America

The gang violence had died down in Brazil as a result of the government's plea for peace. Despite this, there was still no action regarding Brazil's pact with the British. This would have to be addressed at some other time. Though on the bright side, it does give the pirates more time to plan a course of action in case the Brazilians still remain inactive by the time the issue is addressed again.

Polaria Republic

At this point, the Polarian operation consisted of over 60 pirate operators working on seperate projects, the main ones being the decryption effort against the British, the investigations of the evangelicals and their foreign funding, the drug trafficking operation, and the newest operation: the tracking of ex-nazis within the republic. The decryption efforts had yielded some results, with the codebreakers now able to decrypt low encryption telegrams sent by the British. It is nothing to be proud of yet, but at least progress was being made. And with the promise of info on their encryption methods in exchange for ex-nazis, the pirates were in a good position to make more progress in the coming months. A limited effort was underway to infiltrate Polarian rightist groups and befriend well-known Polarian individuals from the right. If anyone is more likely to know about the whereabouts of ex-nazis, it's them.

Valois, Polaria Republic

Daniel sat down in the chair in front of Valorie's desk, "I'm assuming you're aware of the situation in Vatican City and what my men had found. I'm wanting to talk about the issue of the British minister that has been giving funding to a London chapter of evangelicals. This same chapter had been supporting the group that led the foiled attack on the city. We need to know what Polaria's preferred action is as all options are on the table."

Southern England

The seventh shipment had just arrived earlier today, being carried on a commercial freight ship. The other shipments had arrived this way as well. All of them disguised as large, blue cargo crates, much like the normals ones that came in and out of the port everyday. Pirates working at the British port would be responsible for bring the crates out of the port, where they would be passed off to British gangs or even sold by the pirates themselves to those who didn't know any better. It was expect that by the end of the year, at least 20-25 shipments in total would come into Britain's ports and sold to the people of Britain. The hope being that all of them become addicted because of it.

Moscow
As the agents made there way to the safe house, conveniently on the front of a street leading directly towards red square, the Brazilians gathered the snipers.

Stalin was coming.

The plan was quickly put the sniper in the window sill, shoot, then bring back the sniper and duck.

They saw Stalin as he was walking out of the Kremlin.
“Quick, quick!” Shouted agent fish
A sniper went outside the window. Two shots were fired directly at Joseph Stalin, with one hitting him in the chest.
The agents quickly ducked, out the snipers and gear back into a box and hid it. They had to get out of Russia before it was locked down.
They calmly walked out onto the street and walked to the train station.

OOC: This seems very godmody. You don't simply assassinate the most paranoid world leader of the time that easily. 1) You assasins probably used a "sniper rifle" which is just a regular rifle with a scope in 1950. And considering there are no good vantage points for your assasins to take a shot within 1km (1,000m), the the assasination is near impossible considering how hard it would be to aim and track the target from said distance (since you said this was in Red Square I'll assume Stalin's car was in the Kremlin, which is protected by walls that you can't shoot over from any nearby building. Your best options would be a little over 1km away in Kitali Gorogod). 2) Assuming you somehow managed to not kill several of Stalin's bodyguards by accident while trying to hit Stalin, you then have the issue that the MGB would lock down Moscow and likely find your agents as they go to the train station with incriminating evidence in the form of the weapon that killed Stalin.

Basically, this assassination is near impossible to perform let alone get right, and even if you did complete your objectives, your agents would be caught thanks to the nature of the USSR.

The ABI agents groaned. They saw the telegram from ABI headquarters, and they shot the wrong man It had only degraded Stalin.
The ABI agents decided to instead go to the capital of the Russian Royalist Movement. They hoped to gain the trust of the leaders ultimately to stab them.

Córdoba
Major General Francisco Santos received word from Military Hogh Command of the South American Army, newly formed by Brazil and Bolivia. They were to encircle the city. It was going to be a siege. A long, annoying siege.

Punta Arenas
The southern army was movingly up from Punta Arenas to El Calafate.

They were going to try to join with the Royal Chilean Army to take over Buenos Ares.

The war was going to end eventually, but tiit und take months.

The BND agents in St. Petersburg had set up a faux safe-house to greet Anastasia and Vladimir's arrival. They had Stg-44s, which they had looted off of the real White Guard's corpses. A truck was waiting in a secret garage in the back of the safehouse. While two more trucks were overtly displayed in the street. The latter was going to be used to pick up the royals.

The Tzarists had seized this portion of St. Petersburg, so it was reasonably safe for them to be there.

Meanwhile, the subs continue to tail the British Fleet.
