• No Godmodding.
• Armies must be at most 10 percent of your population. It would depend on your policies and world events.
• Stay in the realm of realism.
• No unjustified war. This means that you must state your wargoal as well as having a reason in your declaration of war.
• Consider landscapes/geography and logistics.
• You can only have one nation (unless it is a puppet nation or a colony)
• If you win a war, you have the option to either annex their land, puppet their land, or annex some of their land and puppet the rest
• when a group wins a war all nations of the winning side must be part of the peace treaty process
• if you puppet a nation as a spoil of war the person who made the nation still is in charge of the nation, and can rebel against you (however most likely not for a long time)
• All equipment and weapons can only be created the date they were created in irl time no earlier
• you can control political parties in other peoples nations (with the consent of said nation)

The Haudegen Reich (German: Neue Haudegen Reich), internationally recognized as Occupied Svalbard (German: Besetztes Spitzbergen), informally known as The SS State of Svalbard or the Fourth Reich (German: Viertes Reichstadt) is a de-jure rogue successor state established by remnant polities and surviving loyalists of the German Reich following it's surrender and dissolution. With limited recognition in the international community, it has since been a self-reliant and completely isolated society with a controlled population emerging from the conclusion of World War II. A testament to it's unorthodox coming of being is that it's entire population are members of the military, often secondarily assigned civil work, making it the largest and only pseudo-nation with a 100% service rate. It's current self-proclaimed Head of State is Reichspräsident Hanna Reitsch, former Luftwaffe aviator and popular German figure, supported by Reichsführer Kurt Daluege, former SS Officer and Chief of Police in Germany.

The government was reluctantly founded by Wilhelm Dege with the support of his 11-man specialised Wehrmacht Unit attached to Operation Haudegen, a military expedition to the islands of Svalbard conducted in late September 1944. Despite the unit's wishes to dissolve the successor government and surrender the islands to the allies, it's legitimacy was reinforced by Field Marshall Robert Ritter von Greim and diehard loyalists of the 1st SS Division 'Leibstandarte' lead by retired SS Officer Kurt Daluege, who maintained the society inhabiting the island and it's status as a successor to the Reich, after fleeing to the islands to escape Allied prosecution.

Popularly considered a terrorist secessionist state that currently illegally occupies the Svalbard Islands in Norway, the Haudegen Reich has been banned from all major geopolitical alliances and unions. Despite the centre of international outcry, the nation is a regular source of inspiration for political violence abroad, and it's existence empowers far-right political parties across the globe. The nation regularly receives shipments of privately donated supplies, rations, and goods of both the illegal and legal variety, despite immense pressure from the surrounding governments. The Haudegen Reich is also important geopolitically as a barrier between NATO and Comintern in the arctic, and is a de-facto early-warning detection system for both sides. For these reasons, Conspiracy Theorists speculate that no serious attempts to retake the Islands are being made to maintain the balance of power in the region, despite numerous landings and operations resulting in heavy allied losses and captures.

History: The Philippines has achieved independence from the Spanish Empire at the end of the Philippine Revolution, though its government is on the brink of instability due to the execution of Andres Bonifacio, one of the revolution's leaders, despite insufficient evidence. Antonio Luna is then assassinated by elements of the Kawit battalion. Suspicions built up against the then President Emilio Aguinaldo, helping to raise tensions against the government until it eventually reached boiling point. On the night of February 4, 1899, a coup led by the Magdiwang faction has ousted Aguinaldo and replaced him with Mariano Álvarez as interim president until elections were held.

The Japanese during World War 2 has launched an invasion against the Philippine Republic which the latter was forced to issue an armistice and declare war against the Allied Powers (though some guerrillas like the HUKBALAHAP continued to fight against the Japanese.) When the Allied Powers landed on the islands, the Philippine Republic was devastated and surrendered. Aid helped kick-start again the Philippine economy and is rapidly growing. HUKBALAHAP refuses to stop fighting and continues to war with government forces.

History: Following a revolution and civil war in Tsarist Russia, the USSR was founded in 1922 as a merging of Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, and the Transcaucasus. Although it initially allowed for some minor economic freedoms, these were quickly eliminated upon the accession of Joseph Stalin in 1924 as he initiated a program of communization throughout the USSR. This was accompanied by massive purges and campaigns of terror throughout the nation, and by 1937, Stalin had total control over the Communist Party and the state. However, Stalin's programs resulted in a massive increase in industrialization of the USSR, and by the time of the Nazi invasion of the USSR in 1941, the nation had become an important player on the world stage.

The invasion of the USSR by Nazi Germany was a massive failure, and by 1945, the USSR had taken half of Germany and most of Eastern Europe under its control. However, this came at a massive cost. Much of the areas that had been occupied by the Germans had been depopulated and destroyed, and over 20 million Soviet citizens and soldiers had died in the war. This contributed to a sense of paranoia in Stalin, and he retained much of the armed forces of the USSR after the end of the war. As a result, by 1949, the Soviet Union has one of the world's largest and most advanced militaries, stationed along the border with Western Europe, and is focused on building up its atomic arsenal, with the first Soviet atom bomb being tested in August 1949.

History: same up to WW2. After WW2 the Republican's People Party maintained their power by gaining the people's support through economic incentives. Turkey through its ruling party the RPP maintained a friendly relation with the USSR and thus a somewhat sour relation with nations aligned to USSR's rival.

Its January 1st, 1949. The US is currently an NPC yes, and Berlin has happened the allies own the east, and the soviets own the west (but if someone claims Germany they can change history a little bit, but they're still needs to be the east-west partition)

History: As the Cold War started the US realised that if the South America were to become communist then it would mean they could help the Soviets of attacking the homeland. in 1968 the CIA funded a bunch of military coups against left-wing, democratic countries to stamp out soviet influence and by treaties or conquest united the continent under the Federation of America, a totalitarian state with the goal to eliminate soviet influence.

History: The British and French agreed to unite their protectorates in the formation of a single Arab state in the Levant and Egypt, where Pan Arabism was high, as well as the demand for republican rule, contrary to the Arabian peninsula where monarchism was still popular. Therefore in 1947 the North Arabian Republic was created with its capital being placed in the central and defensible city of Jerusalem. Immediately elections were held, and the Austrian Hospice became the temporary house of government, donated by the Church, while a new set of government buildings was constructed on the Musara hill. In 1948 the government unveiled its modernization scheme, calling for a laxening of restrictions, and the establishment of many infrastructure projects across the country.
