I just extended it to as far as it was irl so that people could claim Poland or something if they wanted to (the eastern block were puppets not integrated into the soviet union)

By improving the economies of every cities he went, his party rose to power, first in control of the workers of Canada, and then using them to protest against the government, giving him more power until he won the elections of office and rose to be it's Prime Minister, making Canada Communist.

After allying with the new Confederacy States of America, the countries traded so much the economy almost broke. The OG US saw this and offered trade deals with the nation until it gave Canada Maine and Alaska. This provided resources for Canada by the dozen, giving them a thirst for more land and giving them the determination to wage war against Denmark for Greenland, who the Canadians won over after 8 months with the Treaty of Nuuk, which gave the Canadians Greenland and control over the military in Iceland.
