Okaye, I'll help you on this one:

All of the CSA goes to America besides Louisiana to France
Denmark goes to Scandanavia
Republic of India is to be removed
Haudegen Reich is to be removed
Philippines is to be removed
South Italy becomes Kingdom of Italy and conquers Libya and Ethiopia
Scandanavian Empire is added as a nation
Afghanistan becomes a nation
Monaco goes to France
Africa and Madagascar become nations.
There are more, I'll get through that later.

Which part of Denmark? Just the capital island or the ones that canada gave to france?

Both. France gave the Mainland so Scandanavia could be in the Trading Block, and Canada gave the islands so Scandanavia could help in future Middle East Conflicts.

In the Cold War IRL, nations put a lot of elbow grease into Africa, but it seems like it's being ignored...

Africa started to get noticed in the Cold War after they gained independence, where they were most weak, so it won't be for maybe two decades until we start paying attention.

Africa started to get noticed in the Cold War after they gained independence, where they were most weak, so it won't be for maybe two decades until we start paying attention.

Fair enough. Although by that time, we'd've already finished developing.

No need to immediately add this in, but Northern Italy (or the Italian Republic) was missing. It was approved a while back ago just after the Kingdom of Italy.

so is the Rashid Caliphate surrendering to france? if so there needs to be a peace treaty (to know if France got territory, if the Rashid Caliphate is going to have 1% standing army or if france won't let them have an army at all ect.)
