So legal question for the admins because I can't find out the answer myself:

Would it take a bill or a resolution or something else completely to seat a Delegate from the Cherokee Nation? Asking for Nez once the Summer Break is over.

I only ask because I'm getting some sources saying the House would just have to vote on letting them sit in the House and some saying a bill would have to become law in order to create an Office of Delegate of the US House of Representatives from the Cherokee Nation so idk man...
