So to the question at hand, this talk of having to uplift the economy Overshadowing the protection of lives and culture is exactly the kind of mentality that has driven the pen honey to near extinction. Should we give money to people that already have it with the people who are most needed, my motions still stand .

Then Speaker, I propose a motion to extend the debate on the Bandurian Small Business ActDemocratic Republic of Eiria wrote:"Order. Regarding Representative Xie, your amendment does not have the required support to be voted on. You may propose a motion to extend debate to get the support, but otherwise, I close the debate in the Bandurian Small Buisness Act, and open the floor to debate on the Broadcasting Reform Act".

However, there is one glaring loophole, and that is that governments are not prohibited from advertising in order to benefit the political parties of which they consist. Without an explicit prohibition on this practice, this act will only create bias towards ruling parties. Therefore, I propose the following amendment:
That a subclause be added between subclauses c and d of clause 1 of section 3, reading as follows:d. National, state and local governments are prohibited from advertising or causing to be broadcast in any manner content favourable towards themselves, in order to influence the result of any election or vote.
I hope hon. members on both sides will support this amendment. Thank you, Mr Speaker."
