"This bill is an utter joke," Lao-Tzu Lu proclaimed. "The Uyghur Genocide Myth is perpetuated through right-wing stooges, and unfortunately, revisionist elements in the left-wing to attack the progress and the stature of the People's Republic of China. For a supposed genocide, there is very little evidence or detail on the matter. All of the accusations directed towards the Communist Party of China is by Chinese overseas opposition, paid for and supplied by the United States of America. If there are truly one million people in these camps, how is there no cement and concrete evidence of occurring? That's because there is none. All of the claims about the so-called genocide come from the Network of Chinese Human Rights Defenders, who are not unbiased. They are based in Washington D.C., the home of the Empire, and receive funding from the United States Government. Are we going to believe these liars - who lured the West into a war with Iraq? No! And we will not believe their fabrications now. The Revolutionary People's Party will vote NAY on this stupid, stupid bill."

Ikania wrote:"Madame Speaker," croaked Wim Dirksen, rising for the first time this session. "I am grateful to the honourable member, Ms. Cheung, for writing this bill. It is brief, but forceful. Indeed, the three clauses of the Uyghur Genocide Condemnation Act recognize three fundamentally important ideas: the right of self-determination, Banduria's staunch commitment to liberty, and our commitment to working with the rest of the world to bring about justice for the Uyghur people. The Chinese threat is one which menaces every free nation in the world, and it falls to those immediately capable of doing something about it, to take action. I will gladly vote for this bill, and hope it may act as a springboard for further pro-democracy policies, especially the recognition of Taiwan as a sovereign and independent state."

"Madame Speaker, I propose that next time the honourable member open his mouth again, we declare his chair vacant and elect a new, sensible MP that did not openly endorses genocide." Jakob van der Hegel rose from his seat. "Beijing Lu here, with his pocket stuffed of cash handed out by the CCP, wanted the bill not to pass because it will harm the reputation of his criminal overlords. I cannot think any person more disgraced than Beijing Lu, who used an act that would officially estabilish Banduria's support to the Uyghurs, to further his own communistic political ambitions. If Beijing Lu has any sense of humanity left in his horrendous, pitch black heart, it would be instantly gone in a second."

Do you like it Speaker? One of my constituents made it for me, told us he was very proud. You know, he used to be a warrior. Fighter. One of the best. He tells me how he provoked and debilitated Durch efforts to rob and harass civilians, back when they still forced us into overcrowded cities with not enough food or water. It wasn't that long ago, I still remember, Speaker.

Madam Speaker, this bill was written by a sympathizer, a sympathizer to that barbarism. She panders to the same governments that colonized Banduria and can not stomach the fact that they will never accept her as one of their own. She strikes at the pre-colonial heritage of this island with contempt and fury. Let her, but let's not let her bring the rest of Banduria down with her. Why do WE have to be stuck kissing their butts after we they spent 300 years trying to jam it into our heads how inferior we are?

When the author of this bill is done poking and raising dubious claims about our neighbor to the north, what will be left? The Chinese government will cease trade with us for throwing out horrid accusations against their government, they won't appreciate how they have done so much to advance our country just for us to then peddle Western propaganda against them, the silicon and materials for our technology sector come from China! Our trade is with China! Our business leaders, our workers, our exports, we have so much to gain by being decent neighbors, is this bill the future we want to set for our children? A future where Banduria is isolated and vulnerable? Cheung thinks that by pandering harder to the West, the West will suddenly decide to bend their arms and sacrifice on our behalf. Absolutely not!

I could not have dreamed of a faster way to tank Bandurian workers back in the stone age. No soul in Banduria wants Bandurians to suffer as does MP Cheung.

Yet, look who sits beside her, her confidant, her right-hand Susilo Sri who openly wishes for people to shoot and lynch leftists and our Chinese and Eurasian populations. Let's end this now please. We can not let these two lunatics shut down our trade, security, and economy just to suck up to Westerners who can't even tell us apart. This bill is disgraceful, dangerous, and hypocritical. If we want to condemn violence, we can start today. Speaker, everyday that Susilo Sri rests a free man, is one more day that Banduria is led by a party of delusional colonist terrorist sympathizers.

Madam Speaker, I want to show you just one more example of how the majority party hates being called violent criminals, but could care less about being violent criminals.

This bill was written by colonist terrorist sympathizers who are okay with Bandurians hanging people that they don't agree with. MP Susilo Sri wants my colleagues shot and attempted to instigate his supporters to carry out that violence. MP Cheung ignores this, and by ignoring, she is giving her tacit approval of his words. This bill was not written with the well-being of Banduria in mind. I say that condemning the PRC at this moments is not a beneficial course of action for this government.

China will retaliate and the West that MP Cheung panders to will not be here to pick up the slack in our economy when those trade sanctions hit. I don't know where MP Cheung gets this ridiculous notion that MP Johnson or President Trump will suddenly welcome us with open-arms for attacking our biggest trading partner, but I can tell you right now that it won't happen.

Damin Baak-Hui sighed sympathizing with Mr. Xiaoqing and sharing in his annoyance. His namesake, of course, was no accident, being descended from one of China's more notable religious minorities, who fled prior to the Cultural Revolution. He too, lost family during the Incident in '75. While no lover of the PRC, he disliked simply shutting out people simply based on ethnic and political ties-especially when they could benefit him. Socialism was often best done-if any-in one's own country and through moderation.

Today being the twenty-fourth day of the Holy Month of Ramadan, Damin inwardly wondered if he should've ate more at suhur, or perhaps iftar, in order to have the strength to deal with the endless hypocrisies and the general feeling of being alone in the Parliament. The petulant politician was the power in this chamber, rather than goodwill or rationale.

Of course, he would silently recognize the Uighur Massacre Recognition Act, and while he noted Mr. Lu's accurate point on trade with one's neighbors-it did not mean he had to enjoy said neighbors...

Finally, Sri was ejected, and Damin found himself exhaling in relief. Now the battle can begin as it ought to have-with policy and implication being questioned, arguments based on empiricism rather than emotion.

"Madam Speaker, I wish to add my voice to this miserable cacophony, and hopefully cut through the noise, smoke and mirrors of the members opposite me to restore at least a semblance of sensibility to this house.

The honourable member Xie Jia Ju has made a number of accusations that I find to be fallacious, and indeed at times, laughable. She will wax lyrical about how it is our duty to be a "good neighbour" to China, that we must be decent, we must be cooperative, we must be obedient. If the levee should break and Banduria finds herself under the iron boot of the Communist Han regime, I have no doubt she would be at the forefront of the collaborators-- I do not fault her for this. After all, when one is so taken by the passion of Ji Zin... Xi Pinjin... Xi Jinping thought, it is natural to believe the core lie of the Chinese Communist Party: that all Chinese lands belong to China. I have no doubt that these red-flag-waving ideologues would view a Chinese invasion not as a violation of our sacred national sovereignty, but as a joyous reunion with the motherland.

Madam Speaker, I wish this chamber to know I have no intent of accusing any member of being against the interests of Banduria. I am confident that Ms. Ju truly does believe her ideological prescriptions would be good for this country; my discontent lies with the means to this end of a 'revolution'. As is common with communists, Madam Speaker, the member displays little interest in concepts like national identity or the sovereignty of the Bandurian nation state. What she sees is oppressed workers, waiting to be liberated by the almighty heroic force of the Communist Party of China. I would daresay the rest of this house recognizes that notion for the farcical fantasy that it is.

It may be a compelling argument to some: we Bandurians are Chinese, are we not? Half the country alone, perhaps another quarter of mixed-Chinese descent? What the honourable member so callously disregards in her calls for submission to the People's Republic of China is that Banduria is a multi-ethnic democracy, and one of our greatest strengths is pluralism. We do not govern for the Chinese, the mixed-race, or such poppycock. We govern for every Bandurian, every Chinaman, every Hindu, every Dutch farmer. To label broad strokes of our great nation's population to be "colonist terrorists" or other such nonsense, demonstrates ignorance of the highest degree. The ethnic Chinese of this nation should be offended by her false insinuations-- the ethos of the Chinese Communist Party is one of racial supremacy. The supremacy of Han Chinese over all others. Indeed, this links directly back to the genocide of the Uyghur Muslims. The ethnic cleansing of East Turkestan is not a myth, nor a propagandistic talking point-- it is a reality faced by millions of people. For the sake of time, I dare not venture into the exponentially increasing number of examples in Tibet, in Taiwan, and elsewhere. But I will not have the good name of Banduria slandered as it has been by the honourable member-- for her to imply our Chinese are fellow travelers in league with the Communist Party, for her to imply our proud and hardy Dutch heritage is unwelcome in our society. I say to her that we have been here for five hundred years, and we will be here for five hundred more, because we live in Banduria, where men are free to choose their own fate.

I will close with this, Madam Speaker: The People's Republic of China is the greatest threat to world peace, and to democracy in every corner of the globe. It is paramount, now more than ever, to expand the horizons of our great nation beyond a simple puppet of a racist, totalitarian police state. Let us consolidate our democracy, that which we have fought so hard for, and let us join in partnership with every free nation, from Japan, to South Korea, to the Republic of China. That journey begins with putting aside ideology and recognizing the truth of the threat posed by the Communist menace, and voicing our solidarity with oppressed peoples across the world. Thank you, Madam Speaker, for allowing me this time."

"I am in full support of the bill condemning the genocide of the Uighurs by the PRC government. We cannot stand by idly and ignore such a terrible crime against humanity. Some members of this house remind me of the stooges who in the 1930s dismissed accusations against Hitler as... Western propaganda. It is utterly reprehensible that we have a pro-genocide party in parliament. I cannot find words to describe such awful people. I am truly ashamed to be in the same chamber as them. We must take a stand and stand up for human rights and the dignity of the individual."

Madam Speaker, you are a self-described leftist as am I. Do you believe that MP Susilo Sri's call to "shoot and lynch communists" in this chamber, should disqualify them from ever holding public office?

Madame Speaker, point of order, this question isn't to the government and is therefore completely off topic. Notwithstanding the blatant repeated slander against my colleague and myself the member keeps repeating.

“The member shall not that this is a time for government related questions. They should also note that the chair is impartial and neutral in political affairs, so why they would ask me that is beyond me. And I stated earlier that the matter which was related was to be dropped. The member has disobeyed. And so by the power given to me by the Rules of Procedure, I order the member to withdraw from the chamber for the remainder of Question Time.”
