a) Play as a nation. (MOST ACTION) You may play as a historical nation anywhere in the world. "Can I play as Antarctic Penguin Aliens?!". Nice question, but no. You may play as any civilized nation. You'll need OP permission to play as a tribe.
b) Play as a company (THE BOSS LEVEL) Manage finances, government restrictions, and your employees to become a multi-national corporation. Ever dreamed of being Victorian-Era Jim Beam? Well, you can!
