So, I have an idea as to how the people at the door can get away. Hahaha, if it's ok, OP. You can just react how you think.

And honestly, before this all turned into some weird cultic thing, I was honestly going to have the "red hooded figures" be like, Cardinals fans wearing hoodies. And the guy who was covering the doorway with ash be just some guy who was smoking.

But that's ok. Weird cultic thing it is. :D
Current RPs -
Grand Theft Horse - A new comedy in the Old West. So far, it's a mix of Don Quixote, Shakespeare's Comedy of Errors, Heinlein's A Stranger in a Strange Land, and all number of others. This is a fun RP.

Awake in Prefeton - A superhero story about school students discovering they have powers. More on character then on fights, which is rare.

Slate - A multi-verse RP with an eerie feel that just keeps getting better.

The Daily Carrot - Comedy, about the journalists of a really low quality weekly magazine. Quite funny!

There could've been worst behind that door than satanic cults, but I can think of something more silly in the future. I already have a main idea for what the Daily Carrot can jump their new issue on.

The Editor In-Chief and several other journalists are going to escape a restaurant in the middle of the night. However, your character is free to do any nightly stories on their own, while some other characters are trying to escape a bit of a pickle of their own.

Well, he might do that anyway, regardless. I have an idea about him suspecting they're being spied on, but I won't reveal the details...

BTW, the conspiracy theory he talks about in his last post is a mix of Sweden's version of the McCarthy's "communists everywhere!" and gossip about real scandals, topped with a link between them that's actually the only thing I made up, the rest of what Conn says is actually sort of true, but in a (intentionally on my part) misunderstood way.

I get something up tomorrow to help get our characters out of this situation. Though, Smith might accidently leave Carol behind.. But surely Smith knows a good lawyer.

About to do another jump cut towards after the events at the Rosario's House. You can have your character react to the demise of the restaurant itself, if you wish. I should drop a bit of a hint in the IC on what's next of the escapades of The Daily Carrot.

I wonder if the Great Confederacy of Commonwealth States can be informed. An art expo seems right up his character's alley.

There's always TG. You can try. Comms likes to make characters for RPs, then makes a post or two, and then kind of falls off the radar for a lot of ones I've been in with him.

Hope he returns. I had a gag in mind where Conn starts to suspect there's a spy among them, but instead of going after Carol he goes for Max, because why would someone lie about being the grandchild of a Nazi nobleman unless the truth was worse... :eyebrow: :o

Yes. But I remember that my life suddenly got extremely busy, and I was a bit afraid to return. But now I have.

Not sure whether or not to have Carol go to the art exhibit, but have a side mission to escort some sort of VIP, or go on that other investigative assignment.

I'm glad you did. Now we can resume the rivalry between DeMarcus and Max.

Also, OP, if you don't have any plans for the unknown sports event on the bulletin board, I have an idea that I'd like to play out in the IC. :lol2:

I wanted to leave it up to you on what sports event he goes to, though I may have a few ideas, unless you have a large idea yourself.
