Anowa, you might have to remind me again, I don't know if there's any Dead Zones in Nevada. I may venture to one, hopefully tensions w/ Zion and RoTD don't get that bad to where I'm preoccupied.

I'm actually having fun in this rp, Anowa, so don't kick me out over unintentional spam. The last rp I was in, I got kicked out over 'multiple issues,' (a superhero rp called 'AKA'), but I think it was just character stuff. (like her personality, and one encounter she had w/ another person's char)

Also, I hate my internet, btw. It's metered, it stops working around midnight hours.

Is it still warm enough to grow potatoes? If not, my people will resort to eating corpses for carbohydrates, or at the very least animal organs and fat.

It's below freezing in 36 of the 48 playable states, so I don't think growing anything is viable atm.

You'd need a greenhouse to grow anything. doesnt matter how below zero it gets, really any crop thats viable in a post apocalypse world cant survive any frosting. we have some more tolerant varieties today but iirc they probably would not persist now. But thats even just on the border zones. None of the true winter states can grow crops. In some places, that's expected. in some, much worse.

Edit: what i am saying is your average potato doesnt care if it's just freezing or like -40 . either hurts it about the same.
