Composed - As a trained Combat Surgeon, Wojciech is calm under pressure, it'll take a lot to cause his hands to err in the middle of a life saving surgery.
Weaknesses:
Inexperienced - Compared to other Operators, although Wojciech is well trained, he has not experienced true heavy combat yet. Only seeing limited combat in the winding down of the Afghanistan campaign.
Humane - Somewhat related to his lack of experience, Wojciech is far from cold-hearted or entirely calculated, while not nominally a bad thing it nevertheless becomes a weakness in the field when innocents are either endangered or being actively harmed by either OPFOR or BLUFOR elements during the mission.

Personality: Quiet, yet kind hearted. Ever since he was young Wojciech worked well with those alongside himself, and wanted nothing more than to serve his nation and help his fellow countrymen. Growing up with stories of his family's fight against an oppressive government, Wojciech learned to be compassionate and help the innocent when others wouldn't, especially against bullies and others with power or strength.

Biography:
Wojciech Marszalek was born in the port city of Gdansk in northern Poland to a dockworker and a nurse, the eldest of three children. From an early age Wojciech was taught of his family's history and that of his nation. He learned of his Great-Grandfather who fought bravely first in the Home Army against the Nazi occupiers and then as a Cursed Soldier against the Soviet betrayers before succumbing to the NKVD. He learned of his Grandfather who was arrested, tortured, and nearly killed for his role in the 1970 Protests that led to the tyrant Gomułka's removal from power. And he learned of his father's proud work with the Solidarity Union in their work against their communist oppressors, even in the face of the martial law of the early 80's. These lessons, along with those of his nation's history, led a young Wojciech down the path of the Polish Patriot.
In school he was known as a quiet, yet intelligent and diligent student who could be relied upon to help others either in their schoolwork or against bullies (the latter earning him a reputation as a fighter against the school bullies). Outside of school he was known as an athletic individual who enjoyed running, swimming, and hiking. And at home he was the quiet bookworm who would never waste an opportunity to listen to another of his grandfather's or father's stories of the old days and the old fight against their old government. When he graduated secondary school, Wojciech immediately enlisted in the Polish Land Forces, seeking to serve his nation in a similar way as his Great Grandfather had once before. Within the Land Forces, Wojciech thrived, and was known to the soldiers around him as a reliable friend who always pulled his own weight and more.
Nevertheless, after 4 years of exercises and base postings, Wojciech eventually came to feel he wasn't doing enough. Wojciech came to feel that his part in the Land Forces was not on the same level as the parts played by his family before him. His nation had long since pulled out all regular forces from their zone of command in Iraq, and Polish regulars were rarely sent to the continuing operations in Afghanistan. And so, that left only one avenue for Wojciech, Special Forces. In 2016 he applied for training with the JW GROM group, his application was approved, and Wojciech was sent with other approved applicants for training that eventually culminated into what was called the "Truth Test"...a field exercise straight from hell itself.
The test was the closest Wojciech had come to failure, and yet, by the skin of his teeth he'd managed to pass in order to join the JW GROM and earn the privilege of even more training. GROM operatives undergo continuous training in a number of disciplines, anti-terrorism and special operations, as well as frogman, sniping, and parachuting. But one particular skill makes GROM stand out from even other Special Forces groups around the globe, their medical training, where around 75% of operatives undergo training as both medics and paramedics. This training has earned them the nickname of "The Surgeons" from other Special Forces groups for both their medical skills and ability to surgically execute special operations. For Wojciech, there would be no exception, he too would be trained like most of his brothers in the group in the medical field.
However, once his training was sufficient for field operations, Wojciech would be deployed to Afghanistan in 2017 and then again in 2018 for the Polish mission in the Ghazni Province. There he had his first taste of combat, and by all accounts handled himself well in the eyes of his fellow GROM operatives.
