Ok, how much knowledge of the Dragonball multiverse does Jim know? I'm asking this since he's the agent of Earth's Kami. He would be knowledgeable about the afterlife, gods, spirits, and some general idea of aliens but how much is he privy to? Would he know that aliens exist on the planet and what the alien invaders want?

I would say he would know about as much as Kami knew at the start of the Saiyan Saga. He wouldn't likely be privy to the PTO's existence or the political squabbling. He might be aware that there are aliens on Earth, but probably not that aliens are on their way, if that makes sense.

Life was spent living in a mansion out in the countryside and attending public school rather than being given a tutor.

Her mother was notorious know for her beauty and overshadowed her father in presence on the world scale. She was the fashion ion, everyone wanted to be and those who claimed they didn’t could be heard whispering their envy of her status, her fame and her wealth. She was also a practitioner of the magical arts and a powerful one at that, having a library of information about the supernatural and even the Dragon balls (more on that will come later on). Her father on the other hand, while a respectably attractive man, with a deep fascination with horseback riding and martial arts, was not nearly as charismatic and preferred to spend his time in the company of his interests.

While her parents didn’t force any of their interest on their children, promoted by parents to follow their dreams and to be individuals rather than follow a strict guideline which was expected of them back in the Capital, she would tackle both of her parent's unique quirks. Despite her girly exterior, she was always more of a tomboy and often found herself doing equestrian activities, from horseback riding to races, and she was a natural talent even better than her dad. Through her mother, she learnt magic and divided into the lore of the mystical world.

She would return to the main court with her family on her 16 birthday. Unfortunately, there was a car accident and both of her parents were lost, with only her and her two younger brothers surviving. From then on she was under the custody of her grandfather, a man who she had only had limited interaction with throughout her childhood. 

Her introduction to court was far from graceful, she didn’t mind the dress and tiaras but she hated how much pressure was placed upon her and her brothers, she also despised how much limited time she had to perform equestrian duties and how she had to hide her magic from other members of the court. While she often managed to carry out the tasked assigned to her she often found it taxing and her only solace came from her brothers as her grandfather was often too busy to help her, though courtiers regularly spoke about how highly the Emperor thought of them.

She was chosen to give a speech in honour of her grandfather at 5th Tenkaichi Budokai, the first that she would ever attend. This tournament would see her assume the position of Crown Princess of Earth and therefore slowly taking some of her grandfather’s more minor roles, such as public speaking and ribbon cutting.

Bio: A little over twenty years ago, three Saiyan children were sent from a dying homeworld in order to conquer a new one, named Earth. Who Ikki's parents were, why was their child sent off to a distant backwater planet, and whether they're even still alive is a mystery to him - his life starts when his space pod landed deep in the northern wastes of the planet. Far from civilization, surrounded by deadly wildlife and a harsh desolate climate, any average baby would have certainly perished within days, if not hours, and yet the little Saiyan prevailed. Transforming to a giant ape at night and trawling across the ground by day, it spent several years living a rather simple life as a wild creature. Rumors started to spread of an ape roaming the northern boreal forest, but few bothered to investigate them.

One day, an elderly man stumbled across the roaming transformed Saiyan - seeing the destruction which the giant ape was wrecking, he sprung into action, leaping hundreds of meters with a single hop and throwing a spinning blade at the creature, striking its tail and thus causing it to revert into its original form, a naked young boy. The old man was planning to go on his merry way, but seeing the tiny kid lying on the ground ust asking to be eaten, he decided to pick him up as well. As it turns out, this was no ordinary old man. It was Old Man Kita, a self-declared doctor and a hermit who lived deep within the Northern mountains, far from society. Long, long ago, he was an esteemed member of Earth's scientist community, but ended up shunned after he started to delve into... dark science - instead, he built himself a small, hidden, self-sufficient bunker staffed by robots where he could continue his science unabated.

Kita was planning to let the kid stay in his bunker for a few days, figure out what was up with him and then let him go - especially since the kid wasn't really happy to live under adult supervision - but soon, the old man discovered something peculiar about him while testing. His genetic makeup wasn't human, and his body exhibited levels of energy way, way out of the ordinary for an average human, especially a child. So, instead of letting the boy go, he decided to keep him around, as a test subject and pupil, and gave him a name - Ikki. During the next decade and more, Ikki lived under the old man's wing, was taught how to speak and act like a human being, while at the same time serving as a specimen for various experiments. Analysis into the energy exhibited by the child, figuring out ways how to draw it out and increase it through genetic modification and carefully crafted drugs. Old Man Kita dubbed it the "Kita force", though the average person knows it as simply Ki - and after years of experimentation, he found several methods on how to stimulate the growth of this force within the young man. It resulted in unbelievable results - superhuman strength, speed, reflexes and awareness beyond the ability of any ordinary man or machine.

Kita never tried to shy away from the fact that Ikki was different from him, the two of them were even different species, which left the young Saiyan feeling alone in this world. What exactly is he supposed to be, where has he come from? Is he... special, somehow, and if so, what should he use these special gifts for? As time went and Ikki grew from a young teen to a young adult, he and his adoptive father started to integrate into society somewhat, visiting villages and towns within the surrounding five hundred kilometers of their home - there, the Saiyan put his powers to use in helping the locals in things they could not solve themselves. Pushing out rock formations fallen upon roads, defeating bandits, digging entire ditches in a day - Ikki could do it all, and it felt... nice. Like there was actual purpose to him being born so different.

And now, a chance greater than ever before has opened up to find purpose - the 5th Tenkaichi Budokai.

Strengths: Is a person of good and determined character overall. Carries the usual Saiyan potential, which has even been amplified somewhat by Old Man Kita's experiments.
Weaknesses: Hasn't had a single day of disciplined training in his life - he relies on basic physical attacks and his Saiyan strength in battle, as well as his ability to draw out "Kita force" into basic energy blasts and beams, and knows nothing of martial arts or anything more advanced than that.

Power Level: 1 250
Abilities: Genetically and physically modified. Thanks to Old Man Kita's experimental modification, Ikki is able to more easily draw out Ki for a person of his level of training, and his ability to tap into his potential via training (should he take up on any) is amplified as well.
