Eliza's gonna basically mad-scientist her way through creating new spells until she makes the ultimate super-spell. And then write a grimoire of the spells she's invented.

Yeah I apologise Raktio I thought this would work but I'm starting to realize that being noble doesn't fit with the theme of the game not to mention you having maids and a entourage doesn't fit with the spirit of being a lowly novice.


I will allow you to play a destitute noble who only has their name and a small manor but your going to have to tone it down from this point onwards

I don't mind, Bozun was trying to impress. He knew in some way he wasn't going to much of anything against someone like him this early. So he accomplished it somewhat I guess? At least enough to make it a goal of the battle mage.

Great. That's quite the dilemma. If I take the rat job I'll probably burn down the poor old lady's house since all I've got are fire spells, but if I take the witch thing I'll probably die. Great.

Okay, I didn't plan on any politics from her end, mostly it would be her getting pulled into politics because of others if anything. Also I was figuring a couple of household guards traveling with her for safety on the road but that would be it.

Personality: Raised on the belief that one day Victani would ascend to Godhood, he is a bit of a megalomaniac. He is deeply ambitious and hardworking and is a perfectionist in everything he does. More than anything else he desires power-both personally and over other people.
Biography: Victani was born to unknown parents in a small village far from any major city. At the age of two he was kidnapped by an aging wizard from a nearby tower. After his family went to challenge the wizard for Victani's life, the wizard killed them and then slaughtered his whole village. From that day on the wizard, named Mizuril, raised Victani as his own. Between the ages of 2 and 14 he was raised to think that he was the reincarnation of a God and that if he desired it enough he would one day ascend to Godhood himself. A couple of days before Victani's 15th birthday Mizuril was killed by a party of soldiers from a nearby village. Not yet powerful enough to challenge them Victani hid and later returned to the tower.

The tower remained his home for three years and now eighteen years of age Victani has decided to venture out and accumulate more knowledge and begin building his reputation as a powerful wizard.

Question: Does magical fire light non-magical objects on fire if I don't want it to? Different magic systems rule on it differently.

Yes magical fire is essentially fire but your mage would have some control over it.
