Claim (Pick an empty one from the Roster): Mimas
Capitol/Base of Operations: Keygate City
Main Industries: Privateers, Mercenaries, Shipbuilding, some gold mining
History (Keep Timeline in mind): Mimas' history begins in 2126,with beyond the belt exploration and colonization starting. Mimas was one of the earlier moons to be settled, but eventually left the Inner yoke and became a quite little moon. The Mimasians set up a representative democracy and built up infrastructure and technology without much interference from the Inners. Since then, Mimasian factories have been pumping out all sorts of ships, from freighters, to yachts, to warships. Mimasian privateers and mercenaries were a relatively recent development, providing their services to local governments and corporations. Inner proxy wars are a common spot of work for Mimasians. Privateers tend to work for the Mimas government, but sell their services to others. Mimas has been mostly left alone, but is involved in belt trading and Inner proxy wars.
Culture: Descended from Earther colonists, Mimasians kept on to some Earth cultural traditions. So Mimasian culture is a bundle of German, English, and French traditions primarily. Mimasians tend to be inexpressive or impassive. They say what they mean, no more, no less. Implying something other than you said is not a thing in Mimasian society,. Another thing is that while they may lie, they are practical, and will say the truth or a lie if it benefits the mission. Mimasians are very mission oriented, with a mission-before-the-man belief. Mimasians tend towards the stoic side, extravagance not being a focus. Life on Mimas has instructed the Mimasians to put usefulness and practicality above all else, and drains on society are not tolerated. On Mimas, everyone has a role to play.
Military Population (no more than 5%): 5%
Fleet Size: Combat-ready warships roster:
10 Keygate Class Carriers
16 Canterbury Class Heavy Cruisers
19 Rocinante Class Light Cruisers
22 Scopuli Class Frigates
20 Tachi Class Frigates
15 Donnager Class Destroyers
35 Tycho Class Multi-purpose gunships
Military Info: The majority of the Mimasian military are Privateers plundering the stars. However, Mimas' actual military is nothing to joke about. The are well trained and equipped, more than a match for most Belt or moons. The military is kept out of standard affairs only being used on external matters.

Nation/Organization Name: Thespsis Bauldur Industries
Flag (Spoiler Images):(Image)
Claim (Pick an empty one from the Roster): Umbriel and the many smaller moons and asteroids that are too small or uninhabitable to be colonized.
Capitol/Base of Operations: Mulkaka Station, inside Uranus' upper atmosphere
Main Industries: Fuel mining, shipbuilding, zero-g and orbital construction, mining the inner moons.
History (Keep Timeline in mind):
Thespsis Bauldur Industries was first founded by a gen 2-cryostasis pod recipient Arnold North who wanted to see the solar system itself and he put his UN insurance loan into trying to make money in the Outer System. This came from the claim for the dark moon of Uranus, Umbriel in July of 2126 as Umbriel Refining and it allowed them to have first picks on mining the ice giant of helium-3 and shipping it to Earth itself. Arnold North died around May 2162 but during him being alive he turned Umbriel into a thriving economy with a permanent population of 102,000 with another 15,000 that lived on the first gas mining stations in Uranus orbit.
Around 2163, Umbriel refining had got caught up with the loss of direct access to Earth as a main exporter with the Lunar revolt and the mass of refugees that came their way and other colonies in the Outer Systems. With the influx of people and tensions rising between the Inner Systems, the corporation had started to take their riches from controlling a majority of the ice giant's fuel and expanded into other areas, such as mining the inner moons and new orbital construction.
From here on, they had became now as Thespsis Bauldur Industries in the year 2172. Their control over one of the Big Four made them a prime target for proxy wars and other rebellions that made people wanted them to share the fuel rights with inner lunar neighbors, share in the mining and better worker rights. These wars had made Thespsis Bauldur build a military and better ships to protect their influence and claim over what they were given. Despite this, numerous attempts to have them buckle nearly succeeded with one came from Mars itself which had them not being sold any fuel anymore for the next twenty-five years.
Enough was enough where a Thespsis Bauldur decided to throw entire budgets into the idea of being one of the biggest shipyards in the Outer System into being one of the "Shields of the Outer System" in order to help through their weight fully into the war instead of being in a defensive stance. In order to do this, they had to get even more workers in order to build the ships and handle the immense production lines. Many workers came from poor families and even their entire families were allowed to come to the dark moon and even be given cybernetics in order to survive and handle the immense heavy industry that would be needed to build these ships en masse.
These families were practically enslaved to the corporation as they signed up to be "life-long workers" as they were needed to make the large shipyards that Thespsis is known for but this was also the brutal indentured contracts that one can put themselves in exchange for a home and a job with their travels paid for. However, this surge of manpower and expenses had been paid off as their large shipyards were made and helping to fight off the Inner System once and for all.
For the past fifty years, Umbriel is one of the largest economies in the Outer Systems and is the reason Uranus is so industrialized but at the expense of their workers being treated like slaves in the name of capitalism and expanding their bottom line. They field one of the largest fleets and their ships are known throughout Sol and their name is a household item despite all the bad that they have done in the name of such profit.
Even still, they have been looking to expand into Neptune as a grab to try and control two of the Big Four in a means to increase their profit before a large energy spike came from the Alpha Centauri system and the leak documents of an FTL drive got into the hands of the board. Now new ideas start to pass through the minds of the suits in the dark moon.
Culture: The culture itself is very bleak for a normal person. Propaganda is seen through advertisements and the full-force of capitalism to try and keep the workers complacent and keep them working and not entirely asking why they are basically enslaved by corporate debt. Many of them know this but they are of the older generations that haven't been indoctrinated by corporate sponsorships and the victory of Umbriel over the Inner System tyranny. This kept them jaded and cynical to their life but in some ways they still wish for some ounce of true freedom.
Still, the common worker of Thespsis Bauldur is a hard worker. An industrious person who is responsible for the reason Uranus is so profitable for this reason. Their backs are made of steel( truly in some cases) as their skills and manpower are what keep the Shield of Uranus from cracking and letting the enemy in. Or so what the propaganda says.
Military Population (no more than 5%): 45 million, 5 million active with 40 million reserve
Fleet Size: 1000 ships
Military Info: The main specialty of the military is it's ships. Being one of the largest fleets in the Outer Systems they contribute their navy to protect the Outer System from the tyranny of the Inner Systems and Earth itself. Their capital ships is centered around capital carriers, allowing for flexibility with drone fighter screens and communications being sent on realtime to help their fleets. Their ships are reliable and quite strongly built.
Many of their officers and leadership are allowed more autonomy than usual navies. It helps with their navy being skilled and large enough to deal with pirates and other Outer System or Inner System polities. A branch of them have hacking and stealth heat emission drives to help with special operations and scouting for their fleet. The fleet uses macrocannon ballistics and railgun spinals for front and side fire. Dreads use heavy spinals.
The Ground forces is more or less just security forces meant to handle the operations with planetary defenses and station interests in the name of Thespsis Bauldur. They aren't entirely skilled and are more conscripted via workers who are given soldier contracts that allow them to have a higher pay and better cybernetics to help them fight better. Though the defensive forces aren't used like a spear like the navy and her ships are, they do provide a decent shield for when they do come.

You want to put black sites on a gas giant? A gas giant you see has no usable surface cause the atmosphere is so damn thick if they even have anything recognizable as a surface.

Ah! My mistake, I read "Ice Giants" as literally, ICE giants, not paying attention in science class really did help, yeah?
