Keep in mind we really aren't sure if Pharaohs were literally deified this far back. We know Menes, Djer's predecessor, was deified posthumously for sure, but we have no idea if we was during his life.
Egypt has been united for over a century, probably, but we don't know if they were still mega-chiefs or if they were living gods.
I'm no novice when it comes to Egyptian history. You'll note, also, that never once did I call Djer pharaoh of Egypt - as that title would not come about until the new kingdom. Likewise, i've not attributed Isis ( the patron goddess of Guakher's Siwan Empire ) to the Egyptian pantheon, as her conception likely has not come about yet ( and with Egyptian mythology actually being a lot more loose than what most people like to think ).
