It has become clear that I have to specialize to be viable and go in new directions like improving animal husbandry, farming, ocean technologies, and other things to stay competitive. Part of this focuses on a different type of industrial revolution focused biology and chemistry, less on mechanics.

That sounds very interesting. I was going to very much focus on the mechanics and using China’s large population to industrialize faster but maybe less efficiently.

When we do start sending over people to each other writing about the differences in technology and culture will be fun.
