This is to ensure a certain level of quality in the writing capabilities of any would be Authors - as New Civilizations is certainly one of the most demanding RP's on NS, in terms of literary ability.

Actually, you are allowed to share your immortality with one person of your choice.
How you actually do and discover this is up to you.

I also got heavily involved in JROTC, most notably the armed exhibition drill team; if you don't know what armed exhibition is the rifle spinning stuff (if you ask me maybe I can find a video for you). I found this forum as it was introduced by my brother, who will undoubtedly desire to bring it up (he's the Holy Tedalonia guy).

You mean Hormuz? Go for it. I haven't sent an outpost there because Sumeria and the Indus are pretty much a straight line from each other, no real need for an outpost. The African and Red Sea Coasts however, that is a bit of a longer trip.

Many a Commonwealth Administrator would question what exactly is supposed to be strange about that.
Blasted hereditary nobility... Reatra, one crossbow bolt per noble-born ought to adequately resolve the problem, I think?
In any case, interesting. Junior’s personality might be a subject worth delving into, what with the enormity of the power that he now wields.

It doesn't look like anything at all, actually - it sorta just happens, unintentionally, based on the depth of importance of your relationship with that person. One of our Athens Authors once had an immortal dog since they were his most important companion.
