Born in taunton 21st july 1998, Britain peter grew up to be a especially good student in most of his subjects like geography and history, and especially english getting a merit of excellence in that area, and winning many in school prizes however he began to slack off and suffered greatly in secondary school, in year 9 he regained his senses and performed better in history and science scoring a A in history and a B in science, despite being influenced bye his earlier mindset he continued to be a high achiever, he breifely played chess in his school being one of the best in school before developing a passion for D&D and Books. He continued to do reasonably well in other subjects well into his early universitys.
After this he and his parents went on a tour of Europe, First was italy and spain and last france. He had planned on going to morrrocco but that was cancelled due to cost reasons. He had even been inside the Vatican city, having seen the cardinals and the palace but not the pope. He then resumed starting preparations for his science test when he fell asleep while revising.

Notably took a keen interest in history, flags (and the history of), and also never really got used to the warmer weather (seriously it only gets to like 30-50F here I wear shorts year-round). I also got heavily involved in JROTC, most notably the armed exhibition drill team; if you don't know what armed exhibition is the rifle spinning stuff (if you ask me maybe I can find a video for you). I found this forum as it was introduced by my brother, who will undoubtedly desire to bring it up (he's the Holy Tedalonia guy).

What are your intentions for this RP, what's the long term goal?: Establish a kingdom in Scotland that is close to modern day
What people or places are you taking inspiration from?: Minnesota, Scotland
Why did you chose to land where you did?: in Scotland
What vibe should we get from your civilization and it's culture?: the same vibe you get from the midwest
What are your character's motivations?: try to establish an area as indistinguishable from modern-day countries. "A return to normalcy" so to speak

Two things. The first, check rule 11.

I'm not inclined to believe you have established a kingdom in Southern Scotland. Where we left you off, as I believe, you were engaged in minor tribal conflicts as a foot soldier, no? You've not at all posted anything about political aims prior to the timeskip, and you've yet to post after the timeskip. The creation of a political entity is something which cannot be merely waved off as having happened, in the background. You will have to write about stately ambitions in the IC, i'm afraid.

This should be an endeavor which takes a considerable amount of time too, not a one or two post affair.

You mean Hormuz? Go for it. I haven't sent an outpost there because Sumeria and the Indus are pretty much a straight line from each other, no real need for an outpost. The African and Red Sea Coasts however, that is a bit of a longer trip.

Nope, the Lakshadweep Islands. They are close to Sri Lanka and are good for refueling to colonize Sri Lanka. It will take me some time, fifteen years at least to make the cost viable.

Of course I have an outpost in Hormuz.

Hum. Just to be clear - I'm pretty sure the spice trade, as we think of it, doesn't exist yet. Cultivating spices, such as we think of it, doesn't exist yet. I doubt traders from Nestos would have access to spices that aren't even being grown in their home countries, especially given those countries don't have maritime transport capable of getting those goods as far as the IVC or Ur yet.

Miscellaneously, she sneers down upon laziness and fear; however, it’s this fearlessness and energy that makes her rude and headstrong, which doesn’t always work in certain situations.

Autobiography/Biography: Born in Galway, Ireland, Kathy is a third generation child of a Thai-Irish family. Despite her mixed genetic composition, her family - particularly her father’s side - held onto to deep cultural traditions. Being more Caucasian than her mother’s side of the family, she was supposed to bear the first name, Kamchana, meaning to represent her Asian ancestry; however, her father insisted, and out of cultural assimilation, she was named Kathy.

Despite her half-Caucasian and half-Thai mixture, she grew up speaking Irish first and English second. Her voice made her parents consider her to become a singer; however, Kathy was anything but angelic in her early years. At school, starting around 3rd Grade and up, she got into trouble for beating up other kids, and that reputation eventually spilled over when she got into the first few days of the 6th Grade.

The school soon kicked her out, but her father immediately sent her to a new school in Dublin. Moving there as well to find work, Kathy found herself coming home almost everyday to a constantly annoyed father, whom either known that his daughter had gotten into trouble again, or she had been out with friends. Having enough of his daughter’s delinquency a year later, he decided to have Kathy do house renovation with him.

Although she was too young to start apprenticeships and lacked a diplomat, her father taught her the basics of bricklaying, cementing, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and electrical appliances. Six years later, Kathy graduated high school with no further incidents or trouble; however, what became of her in those years was anything but lady-like.

Nonetheless, her father encouraged her to seek an education abroad, particular in the US. So, taking his advise, along with wanting to escape the cold and near constant rainfall in Ireland, Kathy flew over to the State of California to receive her apprenticeships in bricklaying, carpentry, and architecture. Settling down in Los Angeles for five years, she slowly grew accustomed to life as an American citizen, but she missed her family overseas, and once she completed her apprenticeships, she decided to go and fly back home to Ireland...
