- Nope. i'm wanting to avoid the interference of foreign nations, at least for now. Despite Volkavia meddling in other nations and even doing some secret dealings with various groups, such as in Afghanistan, I don't want foreign intelligence teams bringing in arms just yet.
- People are going to talk about what they went through, and the government can be surprisingly negligent of this - as long as it doesn't reach print. Keeping realistic war portrayals from the public mediums is something that the government is very good at. Volkavian participation in Chad and Angola, for examples, are portrayed in propaganda as the ideal of the Volkavian soldier; an eager, loyal servant of the state who saddles up to fight foreign adversaries. As long as the veterans don't act out and accept their public medals, the government will tolerate the drunken ex-commando weeping to his fellow bar patrons about his six months in a Cuban-run prison camp in Angola.
- I'm going to amend the timeline, in regards to Volkavian military participation. Volkavian troops have publicly participated in military operations in Chad, Angola, Bosnia, Croatia, Serbia, Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, and Yemen. In secret, Volkavia has also leased its special forces to train, advise, and even fight alongside certain paramilitary groups, most notably to the Colombian right-wing militias in the '90s.

For really, I think that the poorest he that is in England hath a life to live as the greatest he. And therefore truly, Sir, I think it's clear that every man that is to live under a Government ought first by his own consent to put himself under that Government. +++Biography:
Born in St. Petersburg on 1973, Evgenia was the first daughter of the soon-to-be third siblings. Her father is Kornilov Kolchak, whose father, a communist, was forcibly expelled as the result of an anti-communist policy that aimed to expulsed all of the communists in Volkavia to avoid communist revolutions that can topple the royal family. Kornilov was 7 when that happened. When they arrived in Russia, his father settled relatively quickly and consolidated his position among the exiles as one of its representative leader, as well as joined the Party as well.
Evgenia grew normally, in a comfortable situation as well. Her father held position as a teacher and member of the Party, so it suited his life and his family's welfare, getting the better portion of the usual rationed goods.
Of course, if there's anything good that she learned about beside her Soviet-type education, was that how her father told her stories about Volkavia, though mostly from what he remembered from his father. She was 18 when she first entered St. Petersburg State University, the same time Soviet Union collapsed and reformed into many countries, one of which is Russian Federation. In the university, she enrolled in Accounting, and it was the same place where she began to established connections with other Volkavian expats of her age, whose parents were exiled as well back after WW2. She built her reputation as an ambitious and determined student, also established herself as one of the more known Volkavian young expats.
She graduated on 1995, 4 years after she first enrolled. Around the same time, Volkavia was hit by several economic sanctions, and her father, alongside other Volkavian expats in St. Petersburg began to developed smuggling network to Volkavia, mostly aiding the left-leaning and the business-related supporters, seeing that they are the best entry that they can look at. The goal of the Volkavian elites in Russia is, in time, establishing a pro-Russian Volkavia state. They recognized that allying themselves with sympathetic Volkavians will help in a long run.
Evgenia was given combat training by her father, who prepared her as the one who will connect the expats and the locals.
It was a basic one, since he expected there would be little to be fought between FVF and the monarchists, from what he heard of the country has been in a state of backwardness and isolationist, so little modernizations appeared to be the norm. By 2006, she spent years building connections between the Volkavians and the exiles. She decided she need to be on the ground, in Volkavia, to better takes care of the situation. Her father reluctantly approved, though. He didn't want her daughter to be there but she was determined. He made a cover that she was there as a foreign languages teacher.
For the next 2 years she spent time in Volkavia, adapting and settling in. Perhaps she would be more receptive of the sudden changes in the country itself...
+++RP Sample: yes
+++Why Are You Here: her father established a contact with FVF, supplying them with financial assistance and small arms in the form of pistols, shotguns, and submachine guns. She represented the Russian Volkavian's community on the ground, though practically only exists in St. Petersburg.

The Black Tuesday Movement
The Black Tuesday Movement is an umbrella organization of a coalition of different Volkarian anarchist groups. The movement being founded in 1968 in eastern Borsten as a knee jerk reaction to the rapidly growing security apparatus and passing of anti-communist laws which further curbed on the individual liberty of the people. Several smaller anarchist groups consisting of collectivists, syndicalists and communists quickly came together and began cooperating in secret in order to spread the message and protect each other and themselves from what they saw as increasing government aggression against fringe political and minority groups.
The organisation itself is primarily a mix of socialist anarchist groups, with much of the membership being collectivists. However, There is non-socialist anarchist groups operating under the umbrella. With their being a notable sect of mutualists existing within and cooperate with the other organizations despite their inherent differences. The group is largely inclusive, with anyone being able to join and fight into the banner. This has resulted in a small mix of non-anarchist members such as communists, libertarians and socialists. That said however, the groups primary role is as an anti-statist, anti-authoritarian group who are in direct opposition with the government and royal family.
The movement throughout the period of the late sixties and seventies resisted on a small scale. Maintaining peaceful operations as they performed small scale protests and distributed illegal communist, socialist and anarchist literature through college and university campuses. With them seeing an overall small but steady membership growth among the student population as the Cold War loomed over the country. Arrests were common during this era, but the small scale of the operations allowed much of the organization to quickly adapt to new counterintelligence tactics and generally go mostly under the radar of the Volkarian government. As groups such as the far left Volkarian Workers Party (VWP) and militant Popular Revolutionary Front (PRF) took centre stage in their counter-intelligence operations.
This would however change as they moved into the eighties as the security apparatus receiving increased resources for counter-intelligence purposes. With the Black Tuesday Movement ending up firmly on the radar when large scale student protests where launched in response to controversial security operation in 1985 in which the government took in response to the growing AIDS epidemic. These student protests turned into small scale riots when royal police services used heavy-handed tactics to quell the masses, but the situation was quickly brought under control by police after several hours of skirmishes. In addition to this, two prominent members, young students, were shot dead in Borsten when they attempted to stop the capture of their homosexual friend by internal security services. Their deaths largely sparked outrage among members of the group, resulting in a very short-lived militant action against government buildings in Borsten.
In direct response to the unrest and subversive political activities from anarchist groups, and fearing a repeat of what occured in the 1920s, RSS forces began a mass arrest campaign against “key” members of Black Tuesday. With mass arrests beginning days after the death of the two slain students. Many of those who were caught and detained seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth, letting fears and rumours run rampant as the government silenced them. Forced back underground, black Tuesday continued opposition from the shadows. Moving back to their small-scale protests, literature and contraband distributions throughout the eighties and nineties.
The situation however had soured many of the members against peaceful action, resulting in split in how the group operated. These splits are often referred to as the group’s wings. With the more resolute members who believed violence wasn't an option continuing with their politically subversive activities. The newly founded and more militant wing however began taking steps towards an active small-scale insurrection, being known as the 1st Insurrectionary Black Brigade (1st IBB). With members who had been conscripted or who had served in the military beginning training up willing and radical volunteer fighters in the mountainous areas around Borsten. This group quickly rose in popularity during the late nineties, gained more and more as they entered the noughties, primarily thanks to the increasing disdain that continued to flow towards the royal family and the political class.
The publishing of the illegal cash pipeline story sparked Black Tuesday into much more large-scale action again. This time with much more aggressive protesting across the various cities as other political groups moved out. In addition to this, the militant arm, 1st insurrectionary black brigade, began working with criminal organizations and other militant political groups to amass themselves weaponry, equipment and explosives to begin a cohesive armed resistance against the government forces and the political class of Volkarian. Echoing much of what the anarchist’s groups did in the 1920s.
Before any of this could come to fruition however, the 2008 state of emergency occurred as the borders closed and the airports shut. With the army being deployed to attempt to maintain order on the streets. This forced the militant wing and Black Tuesday to delay as the nation was put under lockdown. Denying any planned operations. However, as the protests grew more and more frequent across the country, it eventually sparked the October uprising in Borsten. Both the peaceful wing and the militant wing where quick to take advantage of the situation to overthrow the local government. With the militant wing who used the opportunity to seize weapons from the local police and military forces caches and take control of a small eastern part of the city. With other political groups quickly doing the same.
With the establishment of the free city of Borsten and the Free Volkavian Forces. Black Tuesday was quick to establish a set of rules and guidelines voted in by their members. Being done with a flash vote in order to prevent infighting and complete collapse of the organisation, so they could remain an effective group. Voting in a very Milquetoast set of rules which were acceptable to most, but hardly desirable. The implementation of these rules and guidelines would quickly result in a large split of members, with a number of groups ceasing their cooperation and forming their own. Most notably Red Tuesday, the radical anarchist communist splinter group who disagreed with many of the guidelines and elected to go out on their own.
Since the vote, Black Tuesday remains a coalition as they fight for their continued freedom and they continue to cooperate with other FVF elements. With the several anarchist groups continuing to work together for the time in a shaky alliance. With their independence being protected by the militant 1st black insurrectionary brigade, acting as their main fighting force.

Issachar is the big one, although they run a larger operation in Uriju. If you are feeling up for it, I could entrust you to creating a more definitive picture of the mob, up to your specifications.

Awesome. If it's okay with you, I will further develop the history of the Issachars' Uriju operation and how it was established through a brief mob war in the early 1990s.
