Alright; note that though the Bayerns are still technically sea and battle-worthy, due to the amount of fuel they guzzle, they've been mostly restricted to port and have even had several components stripped for the land forces

I’d imagine that sea travel and land travel are far more dangerous, so travel by air is probably the fastest and the safest, and tech has stagnated in the past 20 years, so I’d believe so.
