Character Description
    Name: Isaac Kiln
    Gender: Male
    Age: 18
    Appearance:

Strengths and Weaknesses
Skills: Isaac is a particularly talented pianist and quite good at numbers. As far as physicality goes, he is graceful, once being an excellent duelist. He is a gifted chess player and known to possess a nice tenor.
Weaknesses: He is quick to anger and prone to hold a grudge. He is not above manipulating people to achieve his goals and shows a remarkable ruthless streak that makes him utterly Machiavellian.
    Phase One Power:
Enhanced Dexterity::Isaac can precisely control his movements and muscles, making him unable to be clumsy or fumbling. He can slip through a network of lasers, reach through dangerous narrow tunnels, keep perfect balance, or juggle effortlessly without ever tripping or wobbling. He can also even move his fingers or toes effortlessly. Level One

    Phase Two Powers:
Power Negation:: Isaac can cancel out the powers of others or weaken their effects depending on strength, making them unable to utilize their powers as long as they are in the area of effect, around five feet all around Isaac. This protects Isaac from harmful attacks, and even undoes the simulating-passive alternation powers of an opponent, in turn making them powerless. Level Two
Energy Drain:: Isaac can draw the energy from an opponent after touching them. As long as he remains focused on that person, the energy drain can continue until the target/s goes unconscious, and even death if Isaac continues drawing from them. Typically, it'll take around an hour of continuous drain to kill them. Unconsciousness around 30 minutes. Level One

    Phase Three Powers:
Life-Force Absorption::Isaac can absorb life-force/energy, vitality and health, while removing it from the source, into their body and use it to heal himself, or even enough to enhance himself, making him stronger and faster for a limited time before the energy is used up. Over time, use of this power will significantly slow/stop Isaac's aging. Level Three.
Supernatural Durability:: Isaac's body-tissue, skin, muscles, bones, etc. are extremely dense/solid, allowing him to withstand harmful forces on the body such as crushing weights, impacts, pressures, changes in temperature, etc. In addition, he possesses drastically enhanced levels of strength and stamina, due to how durable his body has become, allowing him to resist tearing muscles and/or breaking their bones. Level Three.

Background:
    Personality:
He is the most intense, profound, and powerful character you will ever likely to meet. Even when he appears self-controlled and calm there is a seething intensity of emotional energy under the placid exterior. He is like the volcano not far under the surface of a calm sea, it may burst into eruption at any moment. But those of us who are particularly perceptive will be aware of the harnessed aggression, the immense forcefulness, magnetic intensity, and often strangely hypnotic personality under the tranquil, but watchful composure of Isaac. In conventional social gatherings he is pleasant to be with, thoughtful in conversation, dignified, and reserved, yet affable and courteous; although at times his eyes appear penetrating which make his shyer companions feel naked and defenseless before him.

In his everyday behavior he gives the appearance of being withdrawn from the center of activity, yet those who know him will recognize the watchfulness that is part of his character. He has great self-discipline, because he is able to recognize the qualities in himself that makes him different from other humans, and to know his utterly conventional nature can be used for great good, or great evil. His tenacity and willpower are immense, his depth of character and passionate conviction overwhelming, yet he is deeply sensitive and easily moved by his emotions. His sensitivity, together with a propensity for extreme likes and dislikes makes him easily hurt, quick to detect insult or injury to him and easily aroused to ferocious anger. This may express itself in such destructive speech or action that he makes lifelong enemies by his outspokenness, for he finds it difficult not to be overly critical of anything or anyone to whom he takes a dislike

He harnesses his abundant energy constructively, tempering his self-confidence with shrewdness and his ambition with magnanimity toward others provided he likes them. He relates to fellow warriors only as leaders and can be blunt to those he dislikes to the point of cruelty. In fact he is not above expressing vindictiveness in deliberate cruelty. He is too demanding, too unforgiving of faults in others, perhaps because he is not aware of the shortcomings within himself, and extravagantly expresses his self-disgust in unreasonable resentment against his fellows. He does, however, make an excellent friend, provided that his companions do nothing to impugn the honor of which Isaac is very jealous. Part of his negative side of is a tendency to discard friends once they cease to be useful, but he is aware of this, and fights this tendency.

    Backstory:
Isaac's father was Hector Kiln, or otherwise known as El Diablo, an infamous wrestler in the Spanish wrestling world of Barcelona. He was dressed in a suit styled with flames and assume a bestial shape reminiscent of the stereotypical image of the Judeo-Christian Devil. He was quite legendary in the late 80's, early 90's combating a villain group known as the Red Matadors that threatened El Diablo's championship claim in Barcelona. El Diablo singlehandedly defeated the entire group in the ring 93', images flashing across the world of El Diablo literally throwing one of the men through the air.

His star was on the rise.

Aida Dixon had been a Jamaican-American tourist visiting Barcelona during the Red Matadors showdown. Aida Dixon was also ascending in her personal life. Having come from a wealthy mercantile family in Baltimore, she was also a medical student destined for John-Hopkins and greatness. She'd been a top student in high school and was nearing the end of her first four years in the University of Maryland. She'd also been noticed for her looks. To supplement the income she received from her affluent family, she modeled. One of the reasons she had been in Spain.

She was a first hand witness of the El Diablo's triumphant defeat of the Red Matadors and was immediately smitten with him. Likewise, Hector had noticed Aida Dixon in his struggle to defeat his enemies. He had been staring right at her as he threw Juan Carlos, the erstwhile leader of the Red Matadors, out of the ring.

Rather than be put off by the violent scene in front of her, Aida Dixon had found it incredibly alluring. Likewise, the smoldering glare she had given Hector had been more than enough to have him seeking her out after the fight. After one night of passion, they had decided they were entirely in love and destined to be together. Unfortunately, Aida Dixon was bound to return to the United States the next day. In an impulsive, fateful decision, El Diablo decided to follow his paramour across the Atlantic and establishing himself in Baltimore. Due to his immense popularity in Europe, he was able to find work in the local wrestling scene, becoming a notable addition to the WWE.

The Dixons, however, were not impressed. They had wanted someone of a more professional career and bearing. Instead they got Hector Kiln, an uneducated brawler from the slums of Cordoba. Within a year of having returned to the United States, Aida and Hector were married. Unfortunately, it was proceeded by Aida's father disowning his daughter. But the Kilns were happy. Hector made more than enough signed on with the WWE and through brand deals to support a comfortable life for him and his family. In 97, they welcomed their first child, Claudia Kiln. She was a stunning and intelligent child even as an infant and the light of Hector's life.

Hector took more of a management career in wrestling when in 98, El Diablo founded the Baltimore Barons, a non-affiliated wrestling team based in Baltimore and recruiting heroes from the state of Maryland. However, it was followed by tragedy. On a rainy night, Hector had a car crash in 99, Hector lost his arm and leg and was forced to retire from the WWE. Months after his near fatal injury and El Diablo had lost most of his branding deals and fell in to using drugs and alcohol to cope with his condition. The marriage and his relationship with Claudia deteriorated.

It seemed things were getting better by the time Isaac was born in 2002. Hector was seeking treatment for his alcohol and drug addictions and they still retained a little bit of wealth. When George Dixon learned that his daughter had given birth to a son, a reconciliation was able to occur. With the financial aid now flowing from her parents, Claudia continued her education and graduated with a PhD in 2004. Hector had taken up painting as a way to cope with his disabilities and to tame his addictions. He had even become successful, a few of his paintings being sold for six figures.

This was all shattered when Claudia and Aida were killed in a car wreck in 07, with only Isaac being the survivor. He had crawled from the wreckage and was found staring mutely inside the vehicle to the scene of his dead mother and sister. Hector was emotionally ruined by the death of his wife and daughter. Suddenly, the painting could not cure him. And no soft, spoken grief tinged word from his father in law could soothe him. He took up drinking and drug use with a burning misery. The son he had remaining to him was in part blamed for surviving. Hector had never been as close to Isaac as he had been with his shining daughter.

By 2013, Hector was broke. Due to being disabled, he was given government housing in the projects of South Baltimore. Isaac, to stay away from his crippled, drugged out alcoholic father, hit the streets. Games of chance and shoplifting filled his day when he was not actively laying out of school. On the few times he went, his teachers noted a brilliant intellect but a hungry look in the young man's eyes that could not be contained long enough to sit still for eight hours a day.

Isaac would have continued his downward trajectory if it had not been for James O'Keith, the new leader of the Baltimore Barons. It was James, picking up Isaac from the side of the road in 2014 that he had the idea of adopting Isaac. James, seeing a chance to foster a protege and the earned bonus that Isaac was the son of the founder of the Barons, convinced Hector to cede his parental rights for a hefty payout. James O'Keith formally adopted Isaac in 2015 and enrolled him in the Langstrad Academy in New York City.

Isaac would remain a student with the Academy for the next five years. He was an abysmal student and was punished regularly. Typically his crimes consisted of engineering betting games where Isaac earned a sizable stipend from as well as running a protection racket for the weaker students in the school as protection from 'bullying'. It was quietly hushed up, as the reasons why students needing protection in the first place was not a question the school wanted to answer. The only classes Isaac excelled at were in P.E. and fencing, becoming quite good with the foil and the sabre.

He returned to Baltimore after news that James O'Keith had been killed. He visited his father once, to find him passed out in the bathroom of his shitty government funded apartment in his own puke. He made sure his father couldn't drown in his vomit and then left. Hector had selfishly chosen oblivion. He had abandoned and then sold his last remaining family member. He deserved nothing but contempt from Isaac. Despite that, he still sobbed as he closed the door and walked away from that part of his life.

With his adopted parent dead, the Dixons disinterested in raising the boy, and his father incapable, he was shipped North to Preferton, Maine, to live with his mother's brother, a retired engineer and architect spending his days fishing and rambling around a big house by himself.

With the power set, they don't seem to be developmental, it looks like you have a completely different set at each level?

Yeah, don't worry about that. In general any animal under some mental influence will be beyond Ethan's reach.

Also I am kinda updating the backstory. I have been plotting with Miek on making Ethan Bridget's cousin.

Character Description
    Name:Ethan Durham
    Gender: Male
    Age: 14
    Appearance:
Ethan is roughly 5ft3”. He has black straight hair which he procures to keep short. His face is also slightly elongated upwards. He has brown eyes and slightly big ears. His body tends to be rather skinny, but is currently building it up.

Strengths and Weaknesses
Skills:Ethan has developed a hobby for playing the guitar. He is able to strike some melodies and sing along. At the same time, he is an avid basketball player and plans to join the school team. His scores in English and Biology are above acceptable.
Weaknesses: He is always considered himself weaker on Civics and Maths, having issues with studying rather dry and abstract subjects. He also has particularly bad experiences at swimming and would rather stay out of the pool.

Phase One Power: Animal Empathy. (Level 1): Is able of sensing basic instincts on mammals and potentially birds, such as fear, confidence, flight or aggression. Can stimulate the same instinctive reactions on one or two mammals, potentially manipulating them. Until the skill is fully controlled, he may develop anxiety and persecution complexes.
Phase Two Powers: Mammal Manipulation (Level 2) – Is able to guide more complex behaviour on a small group of mammals, such as cooperation towards a perceived goal, mutual defence and loyalty towards himself or others. This skill will be more effective on less complex mammals.

Critter Herder (Level 1) – Can control s medium-sized group of small animals, such as rats or small reptiles, en-masse and towards single places and locations.
<<Warning: There is a chance the swarm turns against the user>>
    Phase Three Powers:
Beastmastery (Level 3) – Can imprint a complete sense of loyalty on several animals, that will defend him as a cub and follow as a pack leader. This control can be exerted on up to ten creatures as complex as dogs but may be less the more complex the creature’s psychology is. This skill must be actively used to give new orders or directives, but can be used passively otherwise, the animals adhering to the latest order or directive.

Plague-Bearer (Level 3) – Is able to control a larger group of simple creatures such as birds, rodents or small reptiles, forming up to four swarms to attack, block or scare foes with overwhelming numbers and force.
Can create literal structures with the swarm. Walls can be erected, and tendrils of living beings wielded with up to tens of thousands of members connected to his mind. However, this skill will be highly consuming and cannot be sustained for over a few minutes.

Background:
Personality: Ethan is rather outgoing, able to establish basic conversations with strangers if there is a proper reason for it. He does, however, have a case of scenic panic, and is confident on smaller crowds. Rather selfish than not, he is still able to empathize with others when it comes to lending an ear and offering advice.
Backstory: Ethan’s father left his mother little after his birth. He always resented him, even when he tried to contact his son years after, and never allowed himself to meet him again. His mother worked as a lawyer in Seattle and provided well enough for them both. Ethan grew up in Seattle until little after he turned ten. One night his mother made him pack and leave, flying him to her sister’s home in New York. She promised him she had to leave urgently and would return, but his uncle and aunt insisted little after that it would take a while. In time it became evident to Ethan what had happened, she had offed him just like his dad.

Both aunt and uncle were kind enough to help him through that. While the Reeves family struggles far more that his single mother did to get by, they did the best they could, in Ethan’s eyes, to raise her child. He has come to consider them his saviours and tries to be as grateful as he can with then, despite the hardships. This marks some difference with his cousin, Bridget. Still, they get along well enough, and he tries to think things will get better. That he thought when his uncle announced they would move an island for a better job opportunity. Yet he feels everybody’s expectations have been subverted, and looking after his cousin’s example, Ethan is looking for a job. That was a year and a half ago now, and Ethan has been rather distracted at school and at home.

Cool... I like it when people build pre-existing backstories into the RP.

Character Description
    Name: Kalos Argyris
    Gender: Male
    Age: 17
    Appearance:
Long black hair and grey eyes with very pale pigmentation on a small build. He only stands at 5,5 and has soft features across his face with his only contrasting points is the many scars on his limbs he has from his short time in music and dance entertainment. He tends to be most confident in his appearance despite some girlish trait's like his full lips or long lashes. his rough hand's toned build helps to give him confidence. Phase 1 Eyes change and become an electrified purple. Phase 2 Hair changes and becomes an electric blue, Phase 3 Nails and lips change to match the eyes making a full fledged 'wizard'

Strengths and Weaknesses
Skills: He's a great student when he isn't distracted and really enjoys learning. He's also has a lot of talent when it comes to singing and dancing naturally making him a very agile person. He's a hard worker first and foremost in the things he loves and if it interests him it will be pursued with focus. His favorite instrument is Piano despite being able to play both Piano and violin. CAn speak a little bit of greek thanks grandma

Weaknesses: He's stupid when it comes to common sense. Essentially he has the mind of a child getting excited about everything and not realizing the bad till it's on top of him and stabbing him several times in the chest. He's also a little fragile emotionally because of Narccicism, Grand delusions and behaviors on the ASD spectrum he either has really thick skin because of his ignorant positivity or breaks down severely without his medication. On top of that his body takes in oxygen to use his power, releasing noble gases in the placement of carbon dioxide so it's like blowing out air for too long and suffocating yourself.

Phase One Power: Stage lights lv 1: Secrete noble gases that can be electrified by his nerve endings. He can make his eyes glow different colors and draw neon lights in the area with his fingers.

Phase Two Powers: Stage lights lv 2: The gas can now be isolated within the palms or mouth to form balls of neon light.
Grand entrance lv 1: Dead skin cells on his hands can become Cesium interacting with oxygen or his sweat to explode into a small blue plume.

Phase Three Powers: Shining finger(stage-lights evolved): Using his fist to make a pressurized ball of gas that upon ignition it causes a green beam to shoot out. (hope you get the reference)
Speed of neon lv1 : Making a shell of noble gases and then igniting boosts his speed to 30 mph. Other abilities cannot be used during this since well he's using all his resourced to go fast.
Grand entrance lv2: Cesium is more volatile and the smoke is larger.

    Background:
    Personality:
To have clear goals yet constantly be confused, to be stalwart and positive yet to weep at the slightest provocation. Kalos is enigmatic yet simple all because of his childhood and obsession. He's a good person at heart despite his more glaring faults for better or for worse because of his pride and ego he prefers to be a good person. He wants his image to essentially to be unstained but that also means he has a very low tolerance for attacks against him when recognized and will also create relationships if he feels like it would benefit his ultimate goal. When he's not being controlled by his weaknesses he's using them as strengths for his boundless positive energy and outgoing attitude that helps him make acquaintances and those who look past his faults life, long friends. This pride and this small honor code force him to put others 'above' himself in action because he believes it makes him better.

    Backstory:
He was born in Preferton but was homeschooled for the first part of his childhood, why? His talents essentially and geniuses that were exploited by his parents. Yes, his parents did not like growing up in a small town nor did they themselves cope with their own failure to make use of their younger days in order to pursue out of Preferton. At first, devastated by their son's initial diagnoses but the doctor due to his odd behavior they soon found his attraction to the piano and vocal ability to easily make up for it. At first, they encouraged Kalos and trained him rewarding him for instead punishing him for his abilities and practice. But soon as the years wore on and the claustrophobia of living in a small town set upon them they fell into vices and addictions. Their praise slowly became threats and orders to succeed to pay off debts, fuel their desires, and become the stars they longed to be. Kalos was his parent's hope but also what was holding them back from a life euphoria.

During this time Kalos came to obsess over the occult more specifically Grecian history and the magical Papyri fascinated him. Due to the praise, negligence, and need to escape Kalos believed himself to have the ability to perform these spells with enough practice. His hobby soon became his obsession and finally put him at odds with his parents at twelve years old. That night did not end well but it did allow him to live with the woman he loved the most his grandmother. She was the one who aimed his interest in Grecian history and despite being on edge about his obsession was still happy to teach him her language and history. Through these stories, his grandmother would use his dream to be a magician to convince him of certain qualities and values he should uphold in order to become one. Without her and of course, the prescribed medication Kalos probably would've never been able to attend school as successfully as he did. Now at 17 through some stumbles and the occasional spouting of incantations at the teacher after a low-grade Kalos can say that he still definitely wants to be a wizard.

I couldn't see that I'd accepted this character. He's accepted at any rate!

Character Description
    Name: Maya Shimizu (Shimizu Maya)
    Gender: Female
    Age: 18 (Senior/Final Year)
    Appearance:
    Image

Strengths and Weaknesses
Skills: An aspiring writer, Maya has a way with words... at least in her head and on paper. Otherwise she is widely read and rather book smart. She has saved up lots of money as she isn't one to freely spend it, and gets regular allowance from her brother via direct deposit, resulting in being deceptively wealthy at a personal level.
Weaknesses: Socially awkward and anxious, Maya has never had much more than a very tiny group of close friends, and finds herself freezing up, especially if attention is directed upon her. Perhaps more worryingly, she goes out of her way to please other people if she feels as if something is at stake regarding her interests, especially anything she might perceive as her being abandoned, even to the point of letting other aspects of her life suffer.
    Phase One Power:
"Chromatic Aberration", Level 1: Possibly akin to something like active camouflage, but far less useful. At this stage the only thing Maya can do is adjust the color of light which interacts with her body by changing its wavelength, which while it has uses, is for the most part quite limited. If the visible light is close enough to the red end of the visible electromagnetic spectrum or another, she can push it across that point, allowing for limited use of the infrared spectrum, and can cause feelings of warmth, discomfort, burning, or visually dazzling effects by sticking to visible light. The energy output and expenditure is quite low at this stage, and has not noticeable negative effects on Maya unless she tries to cause actual injury, in which case she is likely to physically exhaust herself. Producing enough IR emissions to cause lethal effects would likely require such exertion as to result in death.
    Phase Two Powers:
"Chromatic Manipulation", Level 2: Previous abilities are expanded upon, with Maya able to now push light/EM waves freely outside of the visible range to the IR spectrum, and can now intensify the output (whether visible light or otherwise) resulting in being able to produce severe burns or worse if left exposed long enough, or bright blinding light (light a flash grenade). The effort to actually cause harm at this stage is considerable, and it's estimated that to cause lethal damage Maya would have to physically exhaust herself, rendering her unable to move for quite some time. Lower levels of energy output which cause noticeable effect on others is physically strenuous, akin to sprinting for the time she is emitting. High level infrared output will cause visible distortions in the air it is passing through, so the beam isn't invisible to the naked eye, though you probably have to be looking for it to notice.
"EM Visualization", Level 1: Maya is capable of "seeing" the light/IR waves around her, making manipulation easier and more effective.
    Phase Three Powers:
"Chromatic Control", Level 3:Maya can now push EM emissions into the far end of the EM spectrum, beyond infrared, (microwaves/radio waves) and intensify their output in narrow beams with disabling, injurious, or even outright lethal effect. Wider area emissions are at most painful to living beings or harmful to electronics sensitive to microwave or radio emissions. At this stage, energy output is dangerously high, and changes associated with "Living Transceiver," Level 1, together with the assumed strain of putting out so much energy seems to be having harmful effects upon Maya's state of mind due to a combination of exhaustion, lack of restful sleep, and the need to continuously block out "noise". Physical effects appear to have largely been reduced as her body adjusted to being a living EM transceiver, with injurious (e.g. causing deep tissue burns/damage) energy output being only physically demanding, but use of EM output sufficient to cause immediate life threatening injury (e.g. organ damage) remains strenuous, potentially debilitating if used more than once in relatively quick succession. At this stage, high energy output in a concentrated form is enough to excite atoms in the air into producing luminescence, resulting in a glow in and around the emissions which is readily visible to the naked eye.
"EM Visualization", Level 2: Maya is capable of "seeing" the light/IR/RF waves around her, making manipulation easier and more effective. Additionally she able to see the manner in which RF waves are emitted and interact with other objects around her, effectively serving as a sort of passive radar to enhance her situational awareness. This is limited by a combination of line of sight, and parsing through all the interference and white noise to only see the relevant RF waves she's interested in.
"Living Transceiver", Level 1: It turns out being able to manipulate microwaves and radio waves means you can send and receive messages as if you were an electronic device designed to do so, and Maya's mind seems to have found a way to adapt to do it proficiently and effectively (yes, if you call her cell phone you'll actually just get her "head"). This ability includes being able to listen in on radio transmissions and send transmissions of her own, however it come with the major drawback of always being on, in regards to receiving. This means Maya must make a conscious effort to block out the neverending white noise of the modern world's radio emissions in order to pick out specific signals or even just stay sane. Should her concentration to keep out the mind numbing noise be broken for long enough she may either enter a catatonic state, or become violently obsessed with ending the assault on her mind. As a side effect, this makes a task as simple as sleeping extremely difficult without use of medication, legitimate or otherwise, and serves to make Maya's already "colorful" personality all the more difficult to handle.

Background:
Personality: At first impressions Maya Shimizu seems to be a shy bookworm, with an interest in subjects most her age would never bother to touch upon. Get to know her better and she'll reveal herself to be much more lively, with a... let's call it "vivid imagination", sharp tongue, sarcastic personality, and little patience for people she perceives as fools. Truly, a delightful combination. Of course if you manage to get past all that, she'll willingly lend a helping hand or even a bundle of cash (with interest of course), without many questions asked, and with only the expectation that you'll continue to tolerate her less than friendly demeanor at times. If you are not someone she considers a friend, however, then you'll discover that Maya has a very "transactional" approach to relationships. If you want her to do something, or want something from her, then she expects payment to be rendered for the goods or services provided. As Maya puts it, "even if someone asks for a favor, and you say you don't mind doing it for nothing in return, there's always a feeling that some favor is owed in return. I don't much like the idea of being on either end of owing favors with people I don't trust."
Backstory: Fishing. Fishing was all Maya's father and grandfather seemed to care about, and it seemed as if the little bookworm of a girl might be destined to live as a fisherman's wife in a rural fishing village in Japan. At least that was the case until an algae bloom nearly wiped out all the fish in the area for a whole season. The financial shortfall was devastating for everyone in the area, and it was decided it would be for the best to send Maya to live overseas with her brother, working for the US government as a consulting analyst. Now she's been living in the US for almost 13 years, and at Prefeton for about 5. For better or for worse, Maya has lived on her own for the most part, her brother only really being her legal guardian on paper. She was forced to grow up quickly, and without much help along the way. Thankfully her affinity for books meant she was more than prepared to go looking for the answers to problems she had, and has become a self-sufficient, if a bit socially stunted, young woman.

Producing enough IR emissions to cause lethal effects would likely require such exertion as to result in death.
    Phase Two Powers:
"Chromatic Manipulation", Level 2: Previous abilities are expanded upon, with Maya able to now push light/EM waves freely outside of the visible range to the IR spectrum, and can now intensify the output resulting in being able to produce severe burns or worse if left exposed long enough, or bright blinding light.
Physical effects appear to have largely been reduced as her body adjusted to being a living EM transceiver, with potentially injurious (e.g. causing subsurface level burns/tissue damage) energy output being only physically demanding, but use of EM output sufficient to cause immediate life threatening injury (e.g. deep internal tissue/organ damage) remains strenuous, potentially debilitating if used more than once in relatively quick succession.

Character Description
    Name: Tracy Rein
    Gender: Female
    Age: 14
    Appearance:
Bright blonde hair; 5 foot 1 inch; Hazel eyes; Stocky body.

Strengths and Weaknesses
Skills: Skilled at misdirection; Athletic; Magic tricks; Complicated plans (arguably a weakness); Surprising love of meteorology.
Weaknesses: Math, and chemistry, and history, and biology...
    Phase One Power:
    Warp Perception: Level 1
Tracy can "fade" objects in a five foot cube into the background for a small group of people, so long as her targets aren't paying
attention to said object. The object still exists and can interacted with; They don't actually disappear. In addition to the previous restrictions, she can create illusory objects as long as she has seen it and clearly can recall its structure. The more objects created or faded, the harder she must focus.
Ex. She can hide a bookshelf from view, causing those just entering the room to not even notice its existence unless they were looking for it.

    Phase Two Powers:
    Warp Perception: Level 2
(Placeholder): Basically same as level 1, only with a 15 foot cube + it being harder to discover the illusion. i.e. you must have some sort of logical reason to believe its existence besides "remembering it's there", like "I got a book from that bookshelf a while back, I still have it!". Time limit can be negotiated.
    Implanted Suggestion: Level 1
By whispering a thought three times under her breath, she can subconsciously implant a specific thought or memory into the mind of her target. They will resurface within a selected time frame of no more than a few hours. The target may accept the thought as their own, if it doesn't vary too much from their own point of view and doesn't cause any contradiction. If either occur, it should be fairly easy to realize they had been manipulated. If it is accepted, it should obviously take some sort of evidence that their thoughts or memories are inaccurate.
Ex. She can implant a snide remark of a classmate in the mind of another. If they don't know classmate #1 that well, or dislike them already, they are more likely to accept that as happening.

Phase Three Powers: (Please indicate what they are, what level they are at and -specifically- what you imagine them doing)

Background:
Personality:
Backstory:(How did you come to be here?)
[/list]

I just wanted some feedback on whether you want any of the powers changed. Some are placeholders, others unfinished. I will wait for backstory until phase 2 rolls out.

Where are you planning to go on the implanted suggestion line? It's staying towards mind control.

Well, I don't plan on making it go above level one, as I feel it is already close enough to removing player agency; I just wanted some sort of alternate skill set besides "making things disappear." If you want, I can replace it with something else I can think of.

I'm comfortable with it at level 1. That was exactly what I was worried about - removing player agency.

Hey guys.

With the OP's permission, (and also with respect to the requests to nerf Rashaad's Level 1 ability), I have modified Rashaad's powers slightly. Phase 1 is nerfed in that the tentacles only go 5 yards, and caused mental disorientation. Phase 2 is modified a little bit in that Disorientation was also still a possible effect of them. Phase 3 took out two of the smaller level 1 powers and added a motion power, basically tentacle-based wall crawling.

Rashaad's newly modified app is here.

    Phase Three Powers:
    Warp Perception: Level 3
The area of effect has increased to a 30 foot cube and it has become even easier to manipulate groups. Now, she only needs to know the name of the object to create and modify it at will. Tracy has gained a greater control of the various energies she uses for her illusions. She can now focus them to make a 5 foot cube area of her illusion "real" (solid, with texture, indistinguishable from reality.) Once this is done, the entire illusion becomes unstable and will collapse in 1 minute, exhausting her and destroying the illusions.
    Quantum Uncertainty: Level 2
Tracy can create up to 2 duplicates of any object that is smaller than around a fridge and can be seen by her. Once the copies are created, they will last for no longer than half an hour. At any point, Tracy can swap the "original" object's position with one of its clones. If any of the clones takes any damage it will immediately disappear. Clones are otherwise indiscernible from the the cloned object. This effect works on living creatures. Notes: Has a cooldown of 15 minutes which starts when the last clone is dispersed. Clones can be dispersed at any time.

Background:
Personality: Overtly goofy, friendly, not afraid to lose her dignity to achieve her goals (i.e. begging). Has a revengeful streak.
Backstory: (Temp)
Local to the island. Parents (Anna, Bob) fish for a living. Socialite throughout primary school. Secondary school hit her like a brick, lagging behind on studies.

All right, second draft here! Gonna get some up to date info on what's happening in Prefeton before finishing the backstory. After a bit of cleanup, I think I'll be ready!

Seems fine to me. I don't think we've got anyone focused on generating illusions as the main focus of a power set either, so it checks out on that front too. I'll add them to the audit/reference document once formally approved.

Um... I'm not an OP or anyone official or anything... But I have a character who generates psionic tentacles... They're somewhat different than what you have power wise, but the concept is already in use.

I'll leave it up to the OP and you to figure things out. Good luck though.
